Absolutely a true disappointment as my usual I order and request a side of BBQ sauce from which I am informed that this will be an additional cost new to me as I’ve ordered all across America and have never been told this however the cashier was unable to process the additional payment and was allowed to have it no additional charge. But here is the reason why I’m so upset with this store the cook was so adamant about the additional charge that the side I requested had less than the amount of ketchup one would get from a condiments pack. Purely a professional employee of Hardee’s. Thanks to you Mr. Cook for you ruining my experience with a restaurant chain I love, but not anymore.

Passing through on our way home. I didn’t get the young lady name that took our order, but she was super nice and funny. She also made our fries. I just happened to see her drop them as I was telling her I was running into the gas station part and I would be back in a minute. They are probably the best fries I’ve ever eaten from this company. Never like them because they are always over cooked and dried out and never have any salt on them. She made them prefect!!! So if you are this lady and you worked Dec 1, 25 about 4:30-5:00. You are a great employee!!

The restaurant wasn’t allowing anyone to order any type of double burger so I couldn’t order. Double Western Cheeseburger for my husband but it was fine to order two singles. This made absolutely no sense to me other than you had to pay more for two singles instead of buying one double and the restaurant was giving the same amount of hamburger to people but making more money. Even the guy at the drive through agreed it was stupid. Their food is average and then charging you for two singles but not selling people doubles seemed like a rip off. I only go there when it’s late and most other places are closed.
