I ordered a monster burger the bacon tasted like salt was not a good burger had to take the bacon off for the first time ever the curls were great but my friend ordered a big hot ham and cheese meal and they lost the receipt so got stuck with a regular hot ham and cheese that was old and mostly bread ham was not good! Then the staff started talking about my friend loud enough to heat them all around very bad experience I don’t recommend this Hardee’s to anyone!!!!! The manager was the one complaining just terrible and took damn near 30 min to get the food so hope you have time to spare if you go there

Ordered 5 burgers in the drive thru. We were at the front of the line. We sat there for 15 minutes! We thought for sure it’s because they were making them fresh, nope! All of our burgers were cold and had no flavor. So very disappointing. Lived here 6 years and the food is bad every single time we give them a second chance.

After taking my sons Western burger back to be replaced because a hair was found. My husband and myself finished our food, and had to return to the counter asking where our sons replacement was. The cook laughed, and said she forgot. The girl at the counter was really sweet, however we will not be returning to this location.

This place used to be great, but lately it hasn’t been at all, the food is never good, it’s almost like they don’t clean out the grease traps anymore, the food is always warm but tastes like it has been sitting in old grease, because everytime my family and I eat here we are always sick afterwards. Some of the employees are nice and we don’t go inside to eat anymore because the restaurant is never cleaned, and the bathrooms are gross.

Disappointed in the food! The employees were great, but the food was not. The pictures of their Frisco breakfast sandwich looks amazing, what you get is far from it. When I asked about the ham and if that was all you get, I was told that it is a single order which is what comes on it. For a breakfast sandwich that costs over $4.00 they can afford to but more hame on it. See pictures.
