I went today around 4pm and the power was out for a couple of stores including panda. I bought a combo and paided cash and asked for a cup of water knowing that the machine wasn’t working and only water was available and I asked for a cup of water and the manager said , ” We don’t have cups for water.” I expected for them to have cups and not giving a cup for water is just weird.

IF I CAN LEAVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD, THIS IS THE WROST PANDA EXPRESS EVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WROST STAFF OS RUDE THEY GIVE YOU HOT DRINKS IF YOU ORDER AHEAD FOOD IS NOT ALL THAT.
