With few options in Eldon we end up at Hardee’s fairly frequently (maybe twice a month). They are usually out of at least one thing I ask for. They don’t carry the impossible products anymore. I am always disappointed and regret spending so much for so little. Today, I bought a large fry and large curly fry. They were both fresh but the containers were slightly more than half filled. Which is ridiculous for $7.36.

I went inside with my husband, on my lunch hour, for breakfast. His military discount was not applied, and we did not even receive a receipt. We didn’t get our food for 35 plus minutes. No apologies, no eye contact. Not friendly what so ever. We were not the only senior citizens ( 2 others) complaining of the long wait. One of the other people went & complained on our behalf, because we had been waiting so long. A younger family was waited on & was served food right away . The tables were dirty & sticky. If I could give them a negative star, I would. We will not be spending our money there again.

Went through drive thru and ordered Ham and Egg Croissant and the bread was grilled way too dark, had a burnt taste and the whole sandwich just tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all day, terrible tasting sandwich, I will never eat a breakfast sandwich from there again. They need to take lessons from Burger King, at least their breakfast sandwhiches are fresh and have a really good flavor.

My wife and I try this place and every time we do it’s a bet as to whether the food is going to be right much less edible. More than once we order a double get a single and it’s a bet if the foods even cooked properly. Every once in a while it seems like they get a new crew and it upturns and then it goes to hell pretty quickly. Doubt it’s the crew seems like a management/owner problem. They never have business anymore I’d like to see it go down and be replaced by something a little more community friendly.

The owner should be embarrassed at his or her own effort. I watch 2 people, the entire staff, heroically try and serve a Friday night dinner crush. They were literally running and dripping sweat trying to help people. They made good food as fast as they could. Shame on this owner. Staff your restaurant or close it. And certainly give the people who are struggling to keep it open a raise! Jerk.

The lobby drink machines had no ice & 2 of the drink choices we wanted were out, all we got was carbonated water no flavoring. They offered to fill the drinks from the drive thru drink machine, we ended up with the wrong drinks. My daughter ordered, then I placed my order & then a man ordered behind me. Myself & the man got our orders before my daughter did. After almost 20 minute wait she finally asked where her food was, they’d given her sandwich to the man behind me. The person taking our order wasn’t very friendly/nice, even told another employee she didn’t know what her problem was when my daughter complained. The food wasn’t worth the hassle. Was thrown together, greasy & my onion rings were over cooked. This was at 3:03pm that we ordered, my daughter finally got her food 3:25pm on August 7, 2022 at the Liberty, Mo. store. Luckily my boyfriend saw the water on the floor with the one sign set to where you could barely see it. I could see all of this happening if they were short staffed or busy, but there were several people behind the counter supposedly working and just the 3 parties mentioned here as customers.

The Hardee’s in Eldon Missouri is really been going down hill. I would have said something a little more harsh but I’m not. I’ve been to the Eldon Hardee’s 3 times in about a six month time period, and every single time it has been a terrible experience.The first time was several years ago before the last 3 times and the breakfast sandwiches were very poorly made and very soggy and I haven’t been back until about 3 years after my latest visits. I really think the biggest problem is their employees not caring about anything. It’s like a circus in there with a bunch of kids yelling playing around with a bunch of horse play. This establishment really needs a reality check starting with the management. There were several customers besides me that were just shocked at the way it was being ran saying they were going to call the corporate office to complain about what they experienced. Someone higher up needs to just sneak up and observe what’s going on, maybe things will change after that. I could have said a lot more worse things but it wouldn’t have been appropriate!

We’re down for the 4th of July and leaving this morning to head back home. Stopped here for our heading out breakfast and I must say this was THE WORST breakfast I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be croissants looked like I don’t know what. It looks like they were put on the floor and stepped on. Hash rounds were cold and my soda was flat. Do not recommend spending your money here because it’ll be a waste.
