I had a plain vanilla ice cream cone that was so soft it was more like whipped cream. Not great. My wife had a mini blizzard that was melted across the top. I handed it back to the girl in the drive through. 1 minute later she handed me the same blizzard that was now 20% gone. Pretty sure she just dumped the top off. Bill was over $6. We won’t go back.

My blizzard was more the consistency of milk and the brownie peices were smaller than a grain of rice. The worker also cut us off before we even finished ordering the first item to ask if that would be all for us today. I’ve never had a problem at any other DQ so I didn’t think I’d need to read the reviews but apparently I was wrong. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

For the past 2 plus months, every time my boyfriend and I have gone to this location we’re met with “our ice cream is very soft right now” but tonight we got “just to let you know our ice cream is basically liquid.” In my personal opinion it’s completely unacceptable to have this issue for SO long. As a fast food restaurant known for serving ice cream, I’d expect the machines to get fixed quickly but that clearly isn’t the case. Food is always good, but the ice cream issue is very aggravating.

This location used to be nice. I’m not sure if it happened once they started hiring only teenagers to run it, but it’s absolutely awful now. The food is either under or over cooked, they never listen to your while your talking then wonder why the order is wrong. The floors and tables are dirty. I stopped coming for awhile but every now and then I’ll try it to see if it’s changed but half the time us girls will bring our kids after gymnastics & they say they have no ice cream. If I wanted to hear that I’d go to McDonald’s. Good luck getting a blizzard they surly can’t hand it to you upside down it’s always like milk pouring out. You can’t ask for a cone because they will even tell you “our ice cream is too soft right now” I’ve heard that multiple times with others ordering infront of me. I’ll continue to drive by from now on, and head over to the one in Vandalia. Pretty sad because this one is 3 minutes from our house, and we now drive 15 minutes to get the correct ice cream and seevice DQ as always known for.

Every time, never fails… they always say that the ice cream is too soft or runny to serve. Maybe get a new ice cream machine? Probably why they never serve the blizzards upside down like they are supposed to on the rare occasion you can get something “frozen” there.

I have been coming here for 35 years. I keep saying I’m never coming back and this time was IT. Not only is the ice cream a joke, but the staff needs a good course in customer service. Saying “huh?” And “Whatchu say?” is not professional.

I don’t know what it is about this particular Dairy Queen in particular, but the ice cream that you order in the drive-through and sometimes even inside is always freaking melting. It takes no time at all. They don’t do that whole tilt the ice cream upside down thing so that it doesn’t fall out and I can tell why because every single time I wear ice cream from this place it’s always Ronnie and already melting by the time they get it to you I have to drive all the way to the Vandalia location to get decent ice cream no idea what’s going on with this location maybe they need better machines or maybe they need better staff I don’t know what the deal is but I’m quite tired of it.

Went there twice and unable to get correct order of blizzards. Managers either hang up on you or try to tell you that it was made correctly, the oreos were just hidden? And in reading the reviews, I can say that blizzards have been a bit soupy, come with a lid so they dont turn them over and management says the same response: they apologize and ask for your patronage again. Why would we visit a place where it is obvious having issues but nothing is being done about it. I do understand it is hard to find workers but there has to be a way to get better service and food.

i would like to say that i am very dissapointed in your decisions on your employees. this girl named daisy has been making fun of someone online and told them to fight her and continued to tell them to come to dairy queen and fight. i am disappointed that this employee has decided that it is okay to represent dairy queen as a place you can just come in and do whatever. i do not believe i will be coming back due to the choice of employees.

I would just like to say as a consumer and a person who is concerned about the integrity of the staff working here. I’ve noticed that Daisy seems to have no respect for the establishment or customers, Daisy has targeted and discriminated a person i will not name due to privacy and has made fun of their mental health regardless of if this has gone on in your establishment I would not want to have this person represent your restaurant due to this event I will not be returning. This kind of behavior should be unacceptable and should not happen in or out of the work place.
