I ordered the 2 for 5 cinnamon rolls which usually are really good! This time and the last time I ordered them they were not up to par! The first time they were not fresh at all or even day old! They were hard as a rock and tasted like they had been sitting for a week and had globs of icing that were also hard as a rock! The second time which was today I also ordered the maple biscuits and they were absolutely perfect! And I also bought a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal and it was fine! However the cinnamon rolls this time were fresh but yet again they had hardly any icing on them and again it was in just globs! I did take pics of the ones this time because obviously someone needs to learn how to do their job! The first time I figured well maybe it was someone new that didn’t quite get the job yet! But when you come back a month later and it’s the same damn thing then to me it’s says that it’s someone who just doesn’t give a damn about their job or the customer! I have added photos of the most recent cinnamon rolls which were bought today to show what I am talking about! The icing is supposed to be melted evenly over the entire thing not just globbed in sporadic spots and not even drizzled over it! This is just absolutely freaking ridiculous!!

Sat waiting for drive thru order for nearly 20 minutes watching everyone behind us leaving with food. Went in finally and the staff was rude and snippy. When we ordered there were 3 cars parked and only us in the drive through. Ridiculous

I stopped by Hardee’s recently and had one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. Aidreonna was working the window, and she was absolutely amazing. From the second she greeted me, her energy was friendly, professional, and genuine.

She made sure my order was correct, got everything out fast and fresh, and treated me like a valued customer—not just another car in line. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes real pride in their job and shows it through excellent customer service.

Hardee’s is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be coming back—and hoping she’s on shift.

My wife and I brought our kids to dine in on a busy night, and the shift lead Amber was amazing!! Her customer service was above and beyond, and she made our experience wonderful. Definitely worth coming back.

Went through drive thru. The order taker was nice but was rushing us on our order. When we pulled forward she was nice and handed us our food. We should have check our food but when getting our food situated realized the fries were so cold and hard. The burgers were cold and thrown together as well. Not to be harsh but spending close to twenty five dollars for two meals nowadays. It should have been fresh and not thrown together or hard to chew. We will not be back.

The quality of the food is not good the price is 3 to 4 times higher. I got a biscuit egg bacon and cheese samwich and senior coffee for almost 9.00 used to be 3.35 Very disappointed.

9/5/25 time approximately when i was there 4:00pm-5pm.

Went threw drive thru, ordered 2 double frisco combos, and the attendant sounded like he was having trouble with his computer.
Before finishing my order he rung it up, then i finished by adding 2 ham n cheese as just a sandwich,
Attendant said just come to the window.
Went to pay and i was told by the cashier that my card would have to be charged twice due to a computer issue with ringing orders up.
$32.53 and $14.18
No idea if i was charged correctly because i was told the printer for the receipts was not working.
Got my drinks and no straws, then was rushed to pull forwards.
1 bag came out for the ham an cheese. Asked the guy about the rest of the order and he rattled off someone elses order and i had to correct him and request straws.
After a long wait i received my last bag of food and the straws. Pulled up and checked the food, and realized it was wrong, as i recieved a standard frisco and not the double.
Went inside to correct the order and before saying anything the guy/manager? placed wrapped food on the counter that wasnt mine before realizing i was in there for a different reason.
Explained that order was wrong and i just wanted it fixed.
He pulled the 2 frisco melts from the bag, set them on the warmer to pass back to the cook and the cook pulled them back into the kitchen and was told to add a pattie.
After a bit of waiting i recieved the corrected sandwiches, all be it cold now. And then the front guy/manager pulled the 2 wrapped food items off the counter to put on the warmer again after giving me the corrected sandwiches.
He did say sorry but it seemed like it was just said to be said.

-they seemed under staffed

-cook looked like he was trying his best but the health violation of taking customer touched food by the manager back to the kitchen seemed unsanitary and not acceptable standards.

-manager seems unable to handle high stress situations and either needs heavily trained to better handle the position or possibly step down as he did not show the level of integrity or professionalism required to lead.

-feel like i might of been scammed due to no receipt for my order’s

-believe the handling of food was unacceptable by health standards

-food was cold, highC drinks didn’t taste well either.

Its unfortunate this happened because every other time i been here they are
usually pretty good..
But this time has been the worse experience ive had with any food restruant.

Feel uncertain if the food could of been tampered with because of this experience.
