My experience was perfect! The food was fresh, my coffee was hot, and my OJ was ice cold! I couldn’t recommend this location more to someone! The manager, Q, was very professional and kind and really tops off the whole experience. Love it here and will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is always super nice and whenever I eat inside they always offer to bring the food out. Food is always fresh and hot rather their busy or not. And it is always super clean, seems they always have deals going on and or new items to try, definitely one of the best places in dixon!

I don’t often do reviews on fast food places because it can all be so hit and miss but I would like to give credit where it is due. I stopped going to Hardee’s a while back because the whole experience was not quite to my liking. However, someone said they had made some positive changes in there recently so I tried it again. The food was very fresh, hot and made just as I requested. The service was very fast, friendly and efficient. I appreciate these changes aand wont hesitate if I am in the mood for their breakfast again.

We bought one plain hamburger. We paid 3.65 for what looked like a small piece of meat you call a hamburger. It was not as big as the palm of my hand. There wasn’t even 75 cents of meat plus the bun. Maybe a dollar worth of meat and bun. What a rib off. Won’t be back,,!!!

My wife said she would eat another super breakfast sandwich any day of the week. The breakfast sandwiches were pretty good, a concerning amount of lard in the biscuits but it was delicious. I couldn’t imagine eating this stuff more than once a year it’s crazy greasy. Inside was clean but smelled like old mop water a little bit. The cashier was very polite and pleasant. I would return for sure but I’d reconsider for something a little less artery taxing.

Customer service is always good. Foods hot but today my order was wrong for the first time. My 2 sandwiches were corrected that was it . Kinda bummed about that. Overall a good place to eat for cheap

Best breakfast out there I don’t know why there isn’t more in the Chicagoland area…. they started to make a comeback in the suburbs but then they disappeared again sad! PS I do believe the cinnamon raisin biscuits need to come back instead of the new cinnamon rolls.

Went through drive through for a drink the girl was just not personable and acted like my just ordering a drink, which they advertised on the sign outside was a problem and she was bothered with it. I told her thank you,and she shut the windows with out any words whatsoever ever. Ill go to Rock Falls from now on where the employees are friendly. This establishment doesnt get mu h business as it is they should try and at least be friendly to the customers they have.
