One of the best Afternoon Tea experiences! The food was fantastic, the staff was great. No rushing, fair pricing. The decor is beautiful, seating is comfortable. What esle is there to ask for?! Just wonderful!

The food was actually pretty good, but the service completely ruined the experience. The staff were unfriendly and inattentive — we waited about 40 minutes for our food, and no one checked on us for at least 15–20 minutes after we were seated. The overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming.
The staff is the face of any restaurant, and in this case, it left a very poor impression. I won’t be coming back.

Sub par food but decent service. Was there for an event. Filet mignon was cold and over cooked. Must have been prep in advanced and kept until the meeting begins. No wonder the waiter didn’t ask how I would like my steak done. Apertizer was so-so. Dessert and coffee was good.

Granted there were not a lot of vegetarian options (eggless), the service and atmosphere more than made up for it. We went to celebrate our anniversary and the server and the staff were so kind to surprise us with an anniversary cake. I will definitely be coming back just for the service. Javier was absolutely amazing!!!

Ridiculous. Upper crust pricing for mediocre food. My friend’s Caesar salad was $27 and it was similar to a Caesar at a diner. My other friend’s burger and fries was $36 and the fries looked like they’d been lifted from McDonald’s.
I thought I’d be safe with a beverage – they have a $16 hot chocolate – maybe that would be a treat? It turned out to be Swiss Miss!!! (Literally) On the plus side, a small pot of tea ($12) was very nice. If you want posh, high priced food, go to Bergdorf’s where the quality is high and you won’t feel like you were just robbed. (Edit – high tea at Bergdorf’s is $75 per person…. read the reviews here about their high tea prices! Fools and their money are soon parted at La Maisonette and I include myself in that.)

Dined for morning breakfast – nice service and beautiful restaurant! I ordered the tofu scramble dish. It was good but I have honestly had better in other places, prices are steep too. However, the person I was dining with got the gluten free chocolate chip pancakes; it was very nice because for gluten free dishes, the chef will bring it out personally and the person I was dining with told me they were very good! Prices are expensive here.

Amazing breakfast. They had gluten free eggs Benedict which is a rare find. And it was exquisite. So good we came back the next day. Cook on my husband’s omelet was perfection. For the quality the price wasn’t too bad

Came here for a brunch during the weekend. I ordered egg Benedict and a champagne. The food is not really impressive but the ambience is kinda nice. The service was great and the staff was very friendly.

Disastrous breakfast. Stale cold croissant, Luke warm coffee, cold toasts, coffe like dirty water, indifferent service, and patrons allowed on speaker phone. 30 minutes wait for breakfast eggs plate. This place is a disgrace to the St. Regis name. Not willing to try their other meal services.

Content of afternoon tea was good but the experience was not worth the price of 145$ per person. There’s nothing special or spectacular to warrant such a high price. The place itself is quite small. Couldn’t finish the pastries anyways and brought them home. Come and have a drink instead.
