Went through the drive-through. Asked for ketchup. Did not give any. Pulled into a parking spot to eat and fries were cold. Did not have time to address the issue. Not the best Hardee’s. Too bad the truck drivers have to deal with bad food since this is inside a Pilot truck stop. They deserve better.

I usually just get a sandwich on my way home from work. I convinced my wife to have Morris Hardee’s for dinner and we were shocked! She got the Mushroom Swiss burger(without mushrooms). When I finally got home(after waiting 15 minutes), her burger was just a bun and cheese. By then, my fries were cold and the ranch I asked for with my fries was absent. HIGHLY disappointed. Sure, the gas is cheap at this Love’s station, but the “quick service” restaurant isn’t quick, cheap, or consistent. #dobetter

Truck stop dinning at its finest! Staff was friendly. Dinning room was somewhat clean as it was late and staff was trying to clean/shutdown as it was half hour from closing. Food was fresh and tasty.

2 sausage biscuits cost 3.50, I asked to add egg and cheese and the manager charged me 10.60 cause he rang it up incorrectly. Then refused to fix it and told me take it or leave it. Very disrespectful illiterate management. Never stop here unless you want ripped off for your hard earned money.
