Wanted to try your food but the girl working the counter tonight was now interested in her phone than taking my order. She has her back to the front for 5 minutes. On the bright side, I got to try middle eastern food instead and it was delicious.

I got the single Frisco burger and it was yummy. The staff was super nice. The cost was reasonable. The facility was very clean. You can go on the app to order. The menu selection was awesome. I would definitely come back.

Food was made quick, I got home to eat my Frisco and there is no patty. It’s bread with cheese, a ton of mayo, bacon, and tomato.

Would not recommend. They NEVER have chicken before 7 AM, despite advertising it EVERYWHERE. Sometimes they tell us they’re closed even though it’s open 24 hours (it’s listed on the window). At first we loved the food, loved the convenience of 24 hours for working midnights. But now, after three people all felt sick after burgers, we’ll go somewhere else.

Just went through the drive-thru. Ordered a #1 . Burger, fries and drink. I gave my payment to the girl at the window, when she returned my card she dropped it on the pavement. I had to get out of my car to retrieve it. But wait that’s not all! When I got my order I didn’t get the drink that was supposed to come with the order! When I got home with my food the fries were cold and were from 1 half inch to an inch in size !! The Burger I ordered was so full of sauce that when picked it up the hamburger patty slipped out of the bun before I could even take a bite and was a total mess!! Total disappointment!!!

Don’t stop in at 11pm thinking you’re going to get a burger. They can’t take orders for 15min because of shift change. Not going to sit around in fuel lane for 30min waiting on a burger.

Happened again, stopped in at 11:05pm to order a burger. Was told that they wouldn’t serve me for 15min cause of “shift change”. Im not going to sit in the fule island blocking it for close to 20min waiting on a burger. Disappointed at the service at this location.

We have only dined in once but service was fast and friendly, no wait for a table. We mostly do drive thru and food is always freshly made and hot. Service has always been friendly, welcoming and cheerful. We need more places to be like them!

The service is horrible and so is the atmosphere. My food was cold and after a long wait. The male manager on duty look like very unprofessional and was very rude when I brought my complaints to him. He refused to give me a refund and take the food back. He said that I was lying about my order and was trying to con them out of free food. I will never return to this Hardee’s as long as that male manager is working there. His language and attitude towards me was most unpleasant. I have never seen an ignorant and a lazy staff. The staff should talk about their personal problems on their own time not when taking an order. I don’t need to be told shut up while I’m trying to order my food then hear about someone’s “adult life” through the speaker.
