Okay, so… I’ve been to MANY Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. Alike and not one have I been to has been as nice and as speedy, not to mention respectful as the two employees (Dave and Mike) in le mars. Literally the two nicest people I’ve met in a fast food joint. I only come to Hardee’s on my lunch break to see these guys Lol

Wrong order again. 2nd time in a week. This place is filthy and the “manager” acts like a high schooler. One of the employees walked in the front door, went to the fry station and started filling fry orders, without washing his hand, in his street clothes. The 4 people behind us walked out, we waited for our food seeings how we already paid. Surprised this place is even making enough money to stay open

Went through the drive through, ordered 3 roast beefs, a 3 piece combo chicken meal, a peaches and cream pie and 3 chocolate chip cookies. Nothing too complicated. After a 10 minute wait, we were asked to pull ahead, they were waiting on chicken strips, it would be about 3 minutes. Pulled ahead and waited another 15 minutes. No one ever came out. So went in, and there was a feeble apology for the wait. Get the order and they messed it up with a ham and cheese, instead of a roast beef. Total ticket time before we got the food 29 minutes. Had 8 people working at the time. Definitely need training in efficiency and customer service. Won’t be going back.

I have never been to a Hardee’s restaurant before and we went for breakfast. I feel like I should have gone for regular menu items as their breakfast food was not for me. Everything was very “biscuity” even the cinnamon roll tasted like a biscuit. The store itself was very clean and the staff was amazing. One of the friendliest people I have ever met in a restaurant was working the register.
