Each time I have visited this establishment they have either taken a ridiculous amount of time getting my order completed even after it says completed in the app, OR the order is flat out wrong or a complete mess. Went to Dairy Queen on a Monday night at 10:10 p.m. when it says the drive-thru closes at 10:30 p.m. and they had already closed. Once I spend my points through the app most likely will not visit this particular establishment until there’s better service. Not trying to be rude but it was way better couple of years back.

Use the app they say. Used the app and went to get my salad and they had given it to DoorDash. DoorDash brings it back in after I have had to come inside to resolve the problem. They tried to give me the salad DoorDash had taken. You don’t offer someone something that has already left the store. The “new” girl at the register tried to get me a new salad but the older lady training her was mean to her and wasn’t listening to her. After waiting for at least 10 minutes I got someone’s attention in the kitchen. I asked her if she had made me a new salad and she didn’t know she was suppose to make one. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous. She should have been a 5 minute drive thru experience turned in to a 30 minute fiasco.

We ordered a blizzard and a fudge sundae with extra fudge. The blizzard was up to par but the sundae certainly didn’t have extra fudge. There was very little and considering it was an occasional indulgence it was disappointing.

Tried the Red Velet Cake blizzard. It didn’t have any cake in it. Tasted like strawberry ice cream. I was very disappointed!!!…but disappointing must be their motto now, I have not had a good meal from there for quite some time now. I will start buying my ice cream from the grocery store, and eat at home or another restaurant

First they stop serving chocolate soft-serve. Making every excuse about it. Then the final straw. They drop the footlong. I’m done with this poorly managed location. Stop putting the young rookies in management. It’s a quick way to ruin a business.
