Service is always good. But food sometimes is good. Sometimes it sucks. Its almost like corporate forgot this store exists and just left it for dead. Lights for outside are almost never on. So its difficult to see the menu or even people walking in the parking lot after dark.

I go to this Hardees early in the morning. Same team working every morning. Short, rude, rarely gets my order right and food is never prepared in a timely fashion. They seem annoyed anyone is even ordering food. Just hasnt been a pleasant experience overall at this location.

They dont answer phones knowing they only let you order delivery through their website just for some to say the delivered it but is absolutely lying. Slow service and rude staff.
I went through the drive-thru and was given my drinks, then told to pull forward since my food was being made fresh. No problem—I waited over 10 minutes before finally going inside to see what was going on. Inside, I was met by employees Alex and another worker who were very rude.
When I asked for fresh drinks because the ones I had were watered down from waiting so long, one of them told me I’d need to bring the old drinks inside and get new ones myself—said in a dismissive tone. At that point, I asked for a refund out of frustration.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, extremely slow, and the staff lacked basic courtesy. I’d recommend avoiding this location.

Terrible service. A blonde hair man helped us. He got upset with us because I have an autistic daughter and she had ripped up straw paper. I said I could clean it up. He said you need to. I said your very rude. He said whatever and mumbled under his breath. We are a group of 11 people and this was uncalled for. We were in town for the trick b treating and I will never be back to this location. Spent $100 to get treated like shit and him to act like a child throwing a tantrum. They should really look at the cameras in Hardee’s around 815pm tonight. He had an attitude the whole time. Then he took the broom handle and it knocked everything off the shelf by the side door. Teddy Bear and flowers and the shelf fell to the floor. Mine you all in front of my kids. Totally disrespectful and very rude. When I asked for a manager he stated there was two people. I said ok is there a manager he said nope and just kept walking back and forth with his broom he threw twice.

In town for a doctor appointment, and afterward I spent $8 for B&G, eggs and coffee here. Really good all around. I try to stop here a couple times a month, and this Hardees never disappoints.

3 times this month I have stopped to get a breakfast sandwich a little after 5am when this location should be opened at 5am and isn’t. Don’t post that you are open at 5am then turn the lights on at 5:30am.
