We never been here before so we figured we would try it. I got the pad thai which really isn’t pad Thai. It’s okay. I got a small portion and I like that they have small portions. My mom got the lemon garlic shrimp and my husband got the Cajun chicken. They both like their dishes. Nothing great but good. I would prefer the pad thai to be more authentic and come out hotter everything self-serve you have to bus the table yourself and get your drinks. It was clean. They have tables in there. You can see them cooking kinda. It’s a good place in a pinch to stop and grab some lunch or some quick takeout.

Atmosphere-3 stars- clean but nothing out of the ordinary.
Service- 3 stars- counter service but they do bring the food out to you. Lady employee that took our order was friendly. Again another establishment where the screen asking for a tip is thrown in your face.
Food- 3 stars- I have been to Noodles and Company many times before and almost always love their food but this time it wasn’t that good. I got the Leanguini Rosa with chicken. The chicken was tough and not flavorful at all. We always get the Pot Stickers and they were slimy and not fully cooked- very bland. We also got the Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken and again the chicken was tough and just not good. Hopefully this was a completely off day and not becoming the norm.

First time here. Apparently, they’re nationwide. The food was great. I went with the cauliflower infused rigatoni based on the cashier’s recommendation. It was really good. Full of flavor. I also tried the Thai Chicken soup. Awesome. I can’t believe this place is a chain. I will be trying them again.

I use DoorDash quite a bit and I’ve ordered from Noodles & Company many times. I have never been disappointed!!! You guys are the fastest ordering/delivery there is on DoorDash! I’ve found many people in the Cranberry area are not even aware of this wonderful gem! I’ve been sick, so I ordered their chicken noodle soup and some other things. Oh my, I need an entire vat of this soup!! Absolutely delicious. With their delivery orders, they are always prompt, never an issue, everything is well-packed and delivered hot and in a short period of time. Thank you!! Send the vat…it’s needed! 🙂 Love the Oyster Crackers you send along, too!! I appreciate you all so much.

Joann was a very pleasant cashier, efficient and positive. The restaurant, tables and restroom were very clean. The tables well marked for COVID seating. The menu has great options for meat lovers, vegetarians and picky eaters alike! The food was well prepared and quickly ready at the counter. My meal was as delicious!
