Not sure it’s hit or miss at this point. It is trying to improve. Seems they cant keep help. The food is 50/50 you have to take a chance. I can tell it would be a good place to eat if it could find the right staffing.

Womens bathroom had 1 working toilet and even that wouldn’t flush. It was freezing inside no matter where we sat. Good was good but I asked for tye low carb bun(lettuce bun) and hot one piece of lettuce with my patty. Fries were good, one of the pop machines was broken.

2ND trip here….NEVER NEVER eat here , I ordered two chicken biscuits, sweet tea, bowl of gravy, Chicken Biscuits were cooked to order in OLD grease……. Had to throw them out,
Never got the gravy, I asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweet, Then they told me they were out of tea, This is at 10 AM in the morning, then I find out no-one made the sweet tea got a refund
So I went across the street to McDonald’s, They took pity on me and let me have the breakfast even though it was past 1030
Now I understand why Hardee’s parking lot is always empty

Food is inconsistent, soda machines work half the time and the restrooms are not cleaned half the times, Lobby is cold most the time, and the parking lot is never kept plowed! Present manager has very poor leadership skills. I look for this business to close in January 2026. It saddens me because I’ve liked your product over the years. Thank you! Concerned customer.

The. New GM smells really bad, she is so rude and rolls her eyes. My sandwich bun was burnt so I told her a she said that’s toasted not burnt, I showed her a she said nothing I can do about it. I will not be coming back to the restaurant!! I loved there food two months ago

I have never had a 5 star experience all around at a fast food restaurant until I came to Hardees in Greenville Ohio (which says a lot because id rate almost every other fast food in Greenville at a 3 or 4 at their absolute best and a few others at a low 2 most times). We’ve been a few times now, and the staff has been incredible each time, the food comes out hot and fast, tastes delicious, and is even budget friendly. I go away more satisfied from Hardee’s for $7 than I ever would from any other fast food join. I’ve also never been impressed enough by food and service to post a rating to Google before, especially about a chain restaurant. 100% recommend to anyone traveling though or living in Greenville.

I don’t make it over to Greenville as often as some others (Piqua is now the nearest store) but every time I do have a reason to go to Greenville (usually for the fair), I am sure to hit their Hardee’s. I am always confused by reviews on here of people having bad experiences at Hardee’s, because I keep having positive ones (outside of the rare times when certain stores have closed early because employees called off unexpectedly). It’s a major reason why I am so loyal to the brand and continue to eat at Hardee’s whenever I can.
My latest visit to the Greenville store was very pleasant. I had very hot Big Hot Ham ‘N’ Cheese sandwiches (where the cheese was literally oozing out onto the wrapper between bites) and the fries were as fresh as you can get! The cashier was also very polite and even came out to ask me if my food was good while I was eating (it was!).
It took about 6 minutes to receive my food after ordering, which is well within a reasonable time to get my food as hot and fresh as it was. I don’t usually go through the drive-thru, so perhaps that is where people are having the negative experiences? I do understand that many fast food restaurants are struggling with the same shortage of dependable employees right now and that a little patience and kindness can go a long way! While Hardee’s is not quite as cheap as more common places like McDonald’s or Burger King are, I do feel that the quality of food and pleasant experiences I continuously seem to have is usually worth it!

Compared to the last time I went in before they closed, it’s a complete 180 tonight. I was very impressed with it tonight. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean. Food came out quickly and it was hot. I would suggest going and giving it another try before talk smack about the place. After out experience tonight definitely giving 2 thumbs up.
