Horrible service!!! My husband is a coal miner. A hard working man and he works 3rd shift. He had worked all night long and came in for a biscuit, 15- 20 people ordered after him and left before him. He waited patiently for a long time & he finally said something that he either wanted his money back or his food. Finally a manager came out and gave him his food. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Best place in town for breakfast by far, here in Harlan there aren’t any other options that you can consider that has made fresh daily everyday biscuits and there not so small you have to eat two like the others, didn’t want to throw DQ under the bus. Food was GREAT! ABSOLUTELY LOVE the chicken biscuit with a packet or two of honey and the hot ham and cheese…#13? I think. So good! Only one problem & it is with the drinks, every time I have got a drink from there for the past 2 years it has never tasted right. Gravy was like a blob and wouldnt even pour out of the bowl and the taste of the pop was horrible-tried to tell the cashier and she acted like a smart eleck. Cinnamon rolls were hard and food was cold.

I eat low carb and I asked for a bacon cheese burger with no bread. The young lady who waited on me thru the drive thru asked me if I wanted it wrapped in lettuce. She was so friendly and very helpful and she said they will make any burger low carb and wrap it in lettuce. I wish I had gotten her name, she was amazing and the food was delicious.
