My Mushroom Swiss burger was pretty good, but still a little pink in the middle. My wife’s fried chicken sandwich was cold. She asked for no salt fries so they were cooked fresh. The place was very warm and musky smelling. Didn’t see the mold growing on the ceiling till after we got our food and sat down. The manager Kassie or something like that was rude to us, turned out she had just got there and her worker’s hadn’t turn the AC on or done any of their job duties. They need a whole new crew and get that place cleaned up!! Hardee’s used to be really good.

The burgers were overcooked and dry. The fries were good. The cherry coke did not have enough syrup and tasted like carbonation. I’m not sure if the one taking my order was new, but she messed up my order and I kept having to repeat myself multiple times. A new manager started at that time and tried to help fix it. She gave me the fresh fries. Everything else was horrible.

The service here is always excellent, and fast. Hardee’s overall is an underrated fast food place. This one though, they’ll get you in, out, and in your way quickly and with fresh food every time.

Staff was friendly but the unit with the fries and onion rings was really nasty. It had food all over it and grease. We ordered some food and it took almost 10 minutes. I went inside and the staff was fussing about a man who wasn’t doing his part and messing up orders. Worst of all, the food wasn’t that great . We were traveling a long time on the road and i was not happy about this experience.
