Food is fine IF they make your order correctly. One sandwich had the 2 chicken tenders. The other was just lettuce and tomatoes. If you’re doing orders to go, don’t feel bad when you unwrap before heading out. You’ll be saving time and gas money. **Follow Up: luckily we able to turn right around; the lady who received us was very apologetic and astounded about the messed up order, compensating us for the massive inconvenience.

Definitely a disappointment! I love A&W but this branch just did not meet my expectations. The wait was too long and when finally it was served, they apparently ended up making a mistake. So I have to wait another 20 minutes on top of the long time I had already patiently waited. Nothing was offered initially for the long wait, until I told the server to tell his manager that I am a local guide and I will definitely leave them a truthful review. So the manager came out to apologize that the order that wasn’t served was because they did not actually ring it in the first place, but that they are going to still make it anyway. Really??? I am not going to wait another 20 minutes for their mistake! A complimentary Coney dog is not worth my time!!! (And the picture shows how it was prepared)

Employee came in the door after smoking and went straight to the cash register, and took out order. He then went straight to the ice cream machine turned it on to make what we ordered. I had to ask him if he was going to wash his hand before he made them. We left and went to sonic even though we paid, because we were uncomfortable in the place. Won’t go there again. Would give zero stars if could.

Cashier was friendly but ice cream machine was broke so no floats. Would not have mattered though, no root beer. Of course still would not have mattered, all tables were dirty. Waiting for food… hope it is at least reasonable. May be the only redeeming quality.

Took twenty minutes for a stale bunned burger and some sad slimy looking fries to come out during the slow mid afternoon late lunch hour. Slime in a catch tray under the soda fountain and poor service from start to finish. Plus nasty restrooms to boot. Poop on the sides of the toilet and old blood in the sink. Do not come here unless you are forced to under threat.

nobody was at the register. i waited for about 10 minutes then i decide to go to the back and theyre all hiding and on their phones. the girl in blue with a nose ring said oh sh*t and rolled her eyes at me and was very rude. food was also old and cold it was june 16 around 12noon

Waited at the drive through menu for a while before my order was taken. Then waited a long time for the food to come out and finally just gave up and went elsewhere for food.

Slow service, rude workers and my grilled chicken sandwich was served cold, due in part to the frozen lettuce. Manager was rude when I returned my food. Never again!
