Went there today excited to get me a good burger and some chicken tenders for my kids. I was in drive through but could not hear the drive through employee due to 3 dump trucks parked right next to the speaker and running so I pulled around to make ordering easier. When I got to the window I explained to the employee why I pulled around. She said I have to order at the speaker that she won’t take my order at the window and she has other customers she has to tend to up front so I can either go back around or come in to order. Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else where I would get better customer service!

The chicken has been great every time. The burgers are pretty good, though nothing spectacular, and service is usually fast at both the counter and drive-thru. My only complaint is that their curly fries are overcooked for my taste.

We were the only customers who had not been waited on, on a Saturday morning. There were only 3 employees visible, and a constant stream of drive-thru customers. It did not seem to be a very busy time, especially as the drive-thru customers were being served in a timely fashion. We, however, were kept waiting for nearly 15 minutes. We were there with another couple, and all of us ordered what should be expected at 9 am. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee – no special orders. As I watched, nearly every sandwich was snatched up by the very nice lady who took our order, and served to the drive-up customers. While the need to service drive-thru customers as quickly as possible is understandable, the dine-in customers should be served also. Perhaps that is the reason there was only one other customer inside when we arrived. The employees were very personable, once they found time to acknowledge us. The restaurant was clean. They were not spending their time chit chatting. And they were by no means slow in handling customers at the drive up window. Four stars for the food and friendly service, 2 stars for the delay = 3 star average.

My last visit here I had come through the drive thru to order one simple item. A large unsweet tea. Not only did my drink cost just under $3, but I once I paid for my order I sat there for 15 minutes before someone finally came to the window to give me my drink. I was in the front of the line. No cars in front of me. The employees there saw me waiting and waiting but they continued to talk and keep me waiting. I use the drive thru for a reason to get in and out of there quickly… not only was my tea way over priced the wait was way too long! Bad service and over priced. Not impressed at all.

So slow. They had the opportunity when McDonalds closed to step up and prove they were a decent burger joint. Instead the service got slower, the employees ruder, and wait times longer. This is the only hardee’s I’ve ever had a bad experience at.

Food was good. The wait was a bit long for a burger. Wasn’t dirty but didnt look to be that well maintained. I love most Hardee’s. Favorite fast food burger (other than Cookout) but i won’t visit this one again.

Between the bugs squished on the floor and the tough biscuits in the biscuits and gravy, we were kind of disappointed. We had been told it was gross but still wanted to give it a chance. The prices of the menu items were high considering McDonald’s offers cheaper similar things and is located next door.

I give it that many stars only because the food is good and always fresh. However that being said, because it is fresh, it does take a little longer to receive your order, because they cook each order as they receive it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is because that award goes to the Hardee’s in Trenton, TN.

I only ordered fries, which I love Hardee’s fries. Got to the window and the girl was RUDE!!!! I told her never mind just give me my debit card back. And she swiped it anyways. I never signed anything and told her not to swipe it. She was completely disrespectful and her manager was standing right there. I asked to talk to a manager and she said that there was nothing wrong with what the girl said. I left and called corporate which u never know if they even do anything about it. Then about 10 minutes later Hardee’s showed up on my bank app for double what fries would cost. I called the restaurant and she said I would have to come back but I live 20 miles away. So I called corporate again and they said they had no way to refund my money I would have to go back. I didn’t go back and was never refunded my money!!!! What if u lived out of state or on vacation and they messed something up???
