August 28, 2023 around 9:45. While waiting in line the store manager, tall older man, white haired, black polo told an older couple if they were just going to sit there drinking coffee to get out. Pretty sure the older people coming in keep you all going. First time I had been there in awhile because the last time I was in there a manager was talking to an employee like a dog. Seems to be a manager issue.

If I could rate this location with more than 5 stars I most definitely would! This is the closest and most convenient restaurant near my house so I’m there all the time and at all different times of the day and numerous days of the week. Not one time have I ever had to wait for my food and there has never been a time where any of the staff have not greeted me with a genuine smile and exceptional attitude! Even when cars are lined up around the building to get their delicious breakfast the staff are always calm and courteous and have my order ready as soon as I get my turn at the drive thru window! I’ve literally actually said “dang y’all are fast!!” A few days ago when they experienced a larger than normal breakfast rush when the cars were lined up all the way to the road waiting to turn into the parking lot! It wasn’t because the staff was slow because honestly when I got my turn at the window I asked if they normally have this many people coming at breakfast time! I’m not normally a breakfast person but I switched jobs lately and now I can’t pass by without my Hardee’s breakfast! Laci, Jacob and the wonderful lady that does the drive thru window at breakfast time (forgot to get her name we’re always busy chatting while I’m paying LOL) are just a few that have made a genuine lasting impression and really set the mood when at work. They make you feel like you’ve known them forever all while doing their jobs effortlessly without lacking in any area whatsoever!

Last night around 7pn I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 combos of chicken Tenders and curly fries the last taking the order said it would be 6 mins to cook the chicken so I said that was fine, I got home to give my 5 year old son his dinner and the curly fries was cold and so was all the chicken tenders the were old and stale, those were not freshly made chicken tenders they flat out lied about it, it was gross and the worst place ever!!!!!!! CHECK YOUR FOOD PEOPLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU!!!

A (not so) top quality breakfast burrito I got to eat this morning. Bacon and eggs were good, but the cold, unmelted cheese was the star of the show. Had to pour half of it out just to make it more tolerable. They better not make this mistake next time I order from there. Melt the cheese.

I visited this location on April 5th, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m. EDT. I purchased a western cheeseburger and an Angus bacon cheeseburger. Both of the burgers were cold and dry. These were the least fresh burgers I’ve ever had. The bacon on the burger is obviously precooked bacon, which typically gets a microwave treatment or something to crisp it up. This bacon was gross and pale. Neither burger had any real flavor to them, perhaps this was due to a lack of seasoning? Regardless, I don’t need an apology from the owner, I learned my lesson.
