I was provided the most amazing service I’ve ever received at this location. The manager Kendra had a fantastic personality throughout the transaction. Even with the heavy workload put on her on this occasion she still maintains a fantastic attitude towards her customers and crew. It was truly special stopping at this location I had an experience that was simply remarkable with these lovely people. 5 stars all the way ❤️

I love Hardee’s but this visit wasn’t great. The service was pretty slow, albeit very friendly, and they were out of a lot of items that I heard people trying to order. Thankfully my Superstar burger ingredients were still all in stock. The food temperature was just a bit below what I would consider hot and fresh, but it was still good.

Mediocre all around. We stopped here for breakfast. I got the French toast stick platter. The French toast was very hard. They forgot the syrup so I had to park and go back in. I ordered root beer to find out it not working and there was so other soda options I liked. The cashier was friendly enough to change out the pop I bought for an orange juice. I wouldn’t have ordered a drink if I knew the root beer was out. The eggs and sausage that came with my platter were also mediocre. All edible but not good enough to make me come back for more of their breakfast.

My wife said it best, “that is probably the best Hardee’s ever.” She ate a grilled chicken sandwich, it was great. I had a Star with cheese, it was great. One teen had a bacon Cheeseburger, he loved it. The other had a ham and cheese sandwich and he ate it ridiculously fast. Fries were great.

I live close by and eat breakfast here every Tuesday morning. Everytime I come, they seem to be out of the most basic items…napkins, salt, pepper, straws and this morning it was ketchup. How the heck do you run a restaurant and be out of ketchup and the most basic items. The staff doesn’t seem to see a problem with this. They just shrugged their shoulders very indifferently and asked if I want BBQ sauce to dip my breakfast potatoes in?
