I am a pastor in the local area and I always stop after my weekly seminary class and normally the girls at the cash register recognize me and call me by name. They seem to remember what I normally eat and are always pleasant and courteous. The associate manager as well as a young lady that I don’t know her name but normally has colored hair are always prompt and service is always good food is hot and fresh.Please thaank them and let them know they are very much appreciated. Went inside with my disabled mother and got a couple original bags and the service was well above what we usually get from fast food around town. Super sweet girl with pink hair brought our food out to us. I didn’t get to catch her name but she made our day. This Hardee’s is the best around!

Screw this place, can’t ever get an order right. Went thru the drive thru, ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and 2 orders of hash browns cause they are out of fries. Got home, found 1 order of hash browns in my bag, thats it.

I’m just blown away never before I have ever seen the type of service that I did from this young lady I believe she said her name was Missy she was fantastic supurb customer service satisfactory 100 out of 10 if I could I’d give it 10 stars out of 5 especially on the customer service she’s really excellent at her job and I’m no one but a customer but if I was her bossing it being holiday season I would make sure she got the mowers the word arrays I just want you all to read this and take it to your hearts and really pray this woman if you know what she is I’m definitely going to give it 5 out of 5 especially on the service because of Miss Missy and I’m going to be recommending it to family and friends thank you all that is a great asset you all have your company I look forward to my next note there.

Good food at a reasonable price. My go to is the breakfast sausage platter. A biscuit and gravy potato rounds sausage patty and 2 scrambled eggs. About $5. I take my own drink from home. The biscuit is fresh made goodness. I always open it and put half of the biscuit in the gravy and jelly on the other half. There is no better breakfast at the price.

Place is a joke never coming back everytime I order here it takes forever, and it’s a mobile order on top of that! What’s the point of mobile ordering if still gonna have a long wait! Update the guy at drive thru was nice and not rude only good comment I can make and my curly fries were upside down in my bag! Didn’t get order right either omw back now they didn’t even give me a double cheeseburger!

Hardee’s use to have the best gravy and biscuit. Not this time. The gravy was like water, so my husband went and ordered more gravy, same thing. It normally has sausage in it too, but not this time. So disappointed.

Kelsey is such a delightful person to see in the morning. There’s very few Hardee’s in the Cleveland area but they kinda suck. This location is my favorite in East Tennessee if not the country. So many biscuits to choose from.

You know I’m not one to speak on reviews but the fact my burger is basically plain when I ordered a famous star my mom’s Burger is missing things our food was completely dumped all in the bag which makes me furious cause my mom paid for our lunch today and on top of it all my çole no ice wasn’t even filled to the top like start taking pride in your work that would be a great start
