Just stopped and got a 10 Piece Chicken strip. They were the best strips I’ve had in forever, and the young man who was working ( Chance ) was so polite and efficient. Great customer service. 10/10

If I can put zero stars I would. Ordered 2 double cheese without onion cause I’m allergic and got 2 double big cheese and it’s what I did not order. Was told by another person not the one the rang me up that they can’t sell the smaller burger in the meal which I call bs but it is what it is. Waste of money. Also Rachel practically made fun of where I was from cause I asked about getting chili dogs and told where your from you might have them but here we don’t. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never stop at this location again.

I can’t come up with anything positive to say. I ordered a loaded omelet biscuit meal large. I know Hardee’s downsized the large drink cups some time ago. But, apparently they have also downsized the container for the hashrounds. It was half the size I’m used to. If that was a large, I can’t imagine how small a small is! The hashrounds & loaded omelet biscuit were bothe made in advance. So, both cold. AND,the unsweetened tea was spoiled. I complained about it. The manager tasted it, and did nothing. I can’t come up with a reason to ever come back. Oh, & the ice dispenser is broken. This is a relatively new place.

This location is the worse. 97 out of 100 times they forget some part of my order. It truly is ridiculous. I’m standing here not on my lunch break waiting in line for my grape jelly. Thing is…. I even asked, is everything here? It’s just ridiculous!

On 4.08.22 I ordered the 2 $5 fish special cook-to-order. I am a OTR semi-truck driver of Catholic Faith therefore it is rarely the common restaurant have fish especially during Lent. Needless to say After heading down the road, I grab one of the sandwiches and bit into just find out the dayumm fish was lite pink and rubbery ” undercooked”. I am EXTREMELY upset!!!! I called back spoke with the manager’s onsite and advised them to leave the District Mgr my contact information so that we could discuss a resolution to my situation since I am unable to return to the restaurant. Since I did not receive a call yesterday, I called to and spoke with Rachel. I can hear that she was not going to be accommodating just by the way she was quick to state was she was going to do and her tone. Now, Rachel did suggest that she could send me a gift card to my home in which I would have accepted until she stated it would be for the total of the receipt. I suggested that I would accept that and if you could add something extra for the inconvenience? I was given an analogy “If you went into a store and picked out a pair of jeans, got home and tried them on to found out that they are too small. Are you going to take them back to the store and ask to be compensated since they did not fit”? WOW….there is a difference from me personally purchasing something for myself than paying for service. Eitherway I called the Corporate Office made my complaint and received my request WITHOUT hesitation. Now that is customer service…..People forget Truck Driver get the short end of the stick, but WE are the ones that keep the world turning….#AppreciateUs…Thank you Corporate Office

I came here about 0600 on 10-24-21 not knowing what to expect with all the negative comments. My experience here was great. Cindy the manager was friggin awesome. The food was great as well. Maybe it was an off day to get the negative reviews, or maybe it’s just that people need something to gripe and complain about, not sure. I enjoyed my meal here. PS: Thank you Cindy for going above and beyond. It was very nice to meet and talk with you. I wish you all a blessed and happy day and every day hereafter.

After standing there for a few minutes. Listening to some female employee complaining and customers. Telling another employee to tell them we don’t have anything they want. She came to the counter to take my order. And her attitude hadn’t changed any. If I had another option I would have left.
