Ordered a loaded omelet. Got home and there was nothing but egg and cheese. Went back with the rest of my order to get replaced. Told the lady at the drive through my issue. She was arguing that I was incorrect. Just handed me another sandwich without replacing my cold tator tots or other sandwich.

Why is this Hardee’s still open. Went through the drive through this morning for breakfast. It took fifteen minutes from the time I pulled up until I got my meal. Nine minutes was sitting at the oder box waiting for someone to take my order. The first three minutes no one came on. After saying hello someone said I be with you shortly. Three more minutes and still nothing then finally someone said we are short staffed. Three more minutes for a total of nine minutes they finally take my order. I drive up to the window and the lady takes my money, and four minutes later I get my food. This is not the first time I’ve had this bad service from this restaurant, but it is the last. I will never spend my money at this location.

We ordered drive-thru. They warned us when we were ordering that some of our items would have to be prepared for us, which I thought was great. When we got the food it was almost too hot to eat. It was so fresh. I noticed in the food options below it didn’t list the grilled chicken club sandwich which is my favorite at the restaurant. I’m trying to avoid hamburger and I’m trying to avoid fried. And it should be noted that Hardee’s has perhaps some of the best biscuits in the industry. I don’t understand why they don’t make a biscuit burger, doing the best of the two items they do best.

I dont eat fast food often but tend to splurge on a Hardees burger when on the road from time to time as i generally think while more expensive than most ff options, they tend to be better quality. This experience changed my mind. I pulled up to the drive thru, and each person in front of me took several minutes to get through to the window. I worked in fast food briefly as a teenager, so it taught me to be patient as sometimes it takes extra time as they could be short-handed. No big deal, but as it was my turn to order, I saw that the menu screen display on the left side was not working. As I waited for the drive-thru person to come over the intercom, I saw an ad for a “Primal” brisket sandwich on special. I waited for several minutes, saw the line had moved through, and no one was waiting before saying “hello” repeatedly to get attention. I was met with a sarcastic and almost hateful “you can order when you are ready.” I brushed it off and asked for the sandwich combo with a diet Dr Pepper. She asked me to repeat it twice, asked me, “What is the meal number you want?” and I explained the menu screen was not operational, so I wasn’t sure. She responded with “yeah they never fix nothin’ around here,” then said, ” I was just told we don’t serve that anymore. What else do you want?” I looked up the menu on my phone and ordered my meal. I looked through the window as I waited and saw 3 people standing and talking in a circle while one person was working every detail of my order. I received half an order of small fries. My sandwich, while fresh, was clearly lazily thrown together in such a manner that the only way to eat it required me to keep the paper around it and construct it myself. I must add they were not busy as I was the only person in line at 1:00 in the afternoon and based on my experience I can see why there are no patrons to this location. Disappointing doesn’t quite cover it. If there was an option to give zero stars, that would be my selection.

Ordered a fish sandwich online and when I got there to pick it up they no longer serve them. Ordered three double cheeseburgers. Food was cold. Got home and had one burger with three patties, one with two and one with only one. They reminded me of a kids meal burger. It will be a while before I return if ever. Cold fries are gross.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger. When I opened it the lettuce was brown and it was not wrapped in paper like they use to do. No way to eat it without a total mess. My husband’s burger was so sloppy it was falling apart. Will never go there afsin

I got to Hardee’s for my handicap father. He love his ham biscuit with extra ham. I went to get it and was just told they can’t give me ham. Umm ok, then a porkchop biscuit. I get it to my dads and I have 2 bacon, egg, and cheese. Keep in mind this is pleasant view and I live in Nashville. Call and they say to write the woman’s name down and my dad can come back and get the biscuit. I go back up the for another appointment for my dad, they do not acknowledge what the woman told me to do on top of ALL that I had reached out to corporate and was told they would reach out to me via email and nothing. I understand times are hard and the fast food industry can be crazy. But as quickly as fast food resteraunts are closing left and right you would think they would take time to care about their establishment. My fiance is higher up in the resteraunt business so we get it. But if you lose customers due to the lacking of what goes on in your resteraunt, you lose your resteraunt. The staff was very nice but could tell they were definitely over worked and exhausted. The food is sometimes on point but it’s like Russian Rullet. You might luck out, you might not.
