The morning manager is very rude. No friendly customer service. If you’re not a people person, why work a job that you have to interact with people. Sat at the drive thru for 3 minutes and no response. I had to go to the window to order. However her attitude was so nasty, I just drove off!

Staff here is very rude from the order taker to the person working in the drive thru. Light skinned skinny girl in the drive thru has a bad attitude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I’m calling BBB also. They don’t greet you don’t give you time to finish your order or anything just rude. Who wants to start their morning off feeling unwelcome. Nobody making them work there.

went in for some lunch with my wife around 2 pm and the lady behind counter looked at us and went to back never said anything to us so we stood there for 10 min while she horsed around with the cook playing and ignoring us i heard her tell guy cooking if we ignore them they will just walk out we were only people in lobby so we just left this place has gone to dogs the employees are rude and u will ruin there day if u walk in they dont want to work just get a check i guess WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE btw went next door and got great friendly service dont waste ur time here very bad management

This is it! You’ve found the worst restaurant in this entire franchise! The guy behind the counter wouldn’t make eye contact with us, the restaurant was dirty, and we had to hunt from table to table to find napkins. Why is everything always beeping? Bad service, trash bags left out the front door and empty bins abandoned in the lobby. Hardees #1408 is just awful.

I generally love Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. always visit them in the states I’ve lived in. I’ve been to this location 3 times and won’t be back. Food tasted like it was left out for a long time. No straw. No napkins. Today they told me they were out of coke. At breakfast! How does a fast food joint run out of coke? Sad. Just sad. I won’t be back.

The food was not made correctly fiancées #3 was missing the BBQ sauce. My big hot ham and cheese did not have onion on it. It was also cold. They did put onion on it after me asking a few times. The floor were sticky and disgusting. The women’s bathroom was not clean at all.

I will drive across town from now on to eat at this Hardee’s. The biscuit is cooked to perfection and not burnt or dried out every morning. The employee’s have been friendly and though they’ve pulled me forward both times I’ve been in the past 2 weeks my food has been served promptly and fresh. The gravy is thicker than the other locations serve it which tells me other locations are likely to be conserving food costs by watering the product down or covering up their inability to order the proper amount supplies between trucks. Don’t let the side of town detour you from trying this location out.
