They have the best country ham biscuits in town. Coffee and hash rounds were excellent too. They always have service with a smile. I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I went to the drive-thru. It was fast.

This store is just awful. I try and give them the benefit of doubt but I’m repeatedly disappointed. The last visit was the last straw. I got the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. No part of that sandwich was grilled or toasted. I live 3 minutes away and the temperature was 98 degrees. Every single visit the wrapper is greasy. The napkins have grease on them from being grabbed with greasy fingers. I’ve started a bingo card for the date of official closure for this store.

This was literally my worst experience at a Hardee’s. The service was awful in the drive-in u… The cashier had no customer service, she kept asking us to hold on, and when she did speak to us it was inaudible at best. The way our food was made was done so carelessly, it was just thrown together. My sandwich had 2 different breads on it and the meat and cheese were cold on all the sandwiches. I dont usually complain, but I will be making a formal corporate complaint. Money down the drain.

Terrible customer service. The employee pictured was not wearing a name tag nor was anyone at this location. I think it’s corporate policy that the employees of Hardee’s have visible name tags. She just walked up to the counter / silently rude and looked at me. Barely spoke and made my experience bad. We normally order larger to go orders but now we will by somewhere else. * They scored a 90 on health department inspection * Use caution or avoid this place*

Sat I line before order was taken for 5 mins at the speaker. Sat at the window over 15 mins waiting on food, didn’t give our drinks and got an attitude when we asked for them because she forgot about them. Horrible service and we were the only ones there. Food isn’t hot or fresh even after waiting 15 minutes.

Ordered a superstar I got a famous star. Went back to get my superstar and after 15 min got a superstar with mayo only no special sauce. Went inside and they made me a whole other superstar this time no mayo and too much special sauce. Amazing these people can’t make a simple burger.
