Ms Paula was the manager on shift. I explained how the biscuits that I have gotten there over the last three weeks have been amazing. Very fresh and soft. A great improvement over the recent past. She was very friendly and accommodating. We received our order promptly. Then, the burger for lunch was exceptional! Only negative would be that I wish they still offered curly fries!

i’m totally a hardees person now food has been great since mrs paula has started managing i place my order and its always right now. since she has took over service is 100% better if you have any problems she gets them sorted quickly. i recommend everyone try it mrs paula is the best manager this place has ever had.

I was going to Hardees 4 to 6 days a week they never got it wrong then they changed employess ..i always order the same, pork chop with gravy extra gravy , I ( i know its messy ) but they stopped putting extra gravy. Never forgets to charge for it, but my order was right 1 out of 8 times. So I stopped going for almost 8 months . My husband wanted Hardees for lunch, so I was FORCED to go.. Well, im coming back to say, I think his name is Chris, has me coming back again as a regular customer. ( only for lunch , im tired fighting morning crew over exta gravy) This guy, works his tail off for his customers. I literally watch this guy give it his all, WITH EVEY customer. He has INTERGITY! . Which is hard to find now days. The other guy that is also awesome was Robert. 1st shift needs to train with these guys maybe they learn to make the orders like the customer request. They are the definition of customer service, and so far everytime I have had to get my husband’s lunch they been spot on. Thank you guys for hiring these two, Chris (im so hoping thats his name ) thank you for giving me some hope at Hardees. You guys rock it!!!

Most times the bacon cheeseburger in the combo meal is great. Sometimes it’s not and today it was not. They left off the onion and I got the worst pieces of lettuce and tomato, and my fries were barely warm. For me, it’s a hit or miss. Edit: the link sends me to the Hardee’s feedback page which is irrelevant because I’m sure corporate is not going to read my review . The manager of this Hardee’s is doing great, just talk to the employees about quality control.

Breakfast was fine two days in a row, except that biscuits with gravy on them shouldn’t be served in paper. They should be served in a container. Then for lunch I ordered charbroiled chicken. I got charcoal chicken instead. I returned four hours later and asked to speak with the shift manager, who picked up the chicken and looked it over a few times and asked me if I wanted another sandwich. No apology, no rest of my order replaced, he didn’t even hand me the new sandwich, the cashier did. Where’s the customer service?

The best part about Hardee’s of Hamilton, was one of the cooks, Jo. Whenever he was working, I knew my food was going to be fresh and so yummy. He seemed to be a really hard worker and got my food out fast… Not to mention he’s hot
