don’t order on the app it’s a waste of time and money. Apparently, they canceled our order. I didn’t receive a single call. I didn’t receive a email. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Only be told oh we don’t have that in our system and I had to give our name twice for only for the person told me that it’s been canceled because they didn’t have a certain type of dough and I had to re-order through the phone. I didn’t even receive it I am currently doing a refund never ordering from this place again.

I placed an order online and I received a call canceling my order because it was over $100
So I went back to place 2 orders so they would equal out less than $100 each
Then I got another call canceling my order saying they did not have any pizza doe and the amount of wings I ordered were 3 orders of 18 and they said they couldn’t take my order I asked to speak to the manager and their name they said they couldn’t do that and if I wanted to complain to look for the 1800 number online honestly this is disappointing because we wanted to treat our work team with pizza and we’re turned away we had to look for other pizza places to be able to order.

They delivered pizza to wrong house and said I put the wrong address on there. Then when I proved I didn’t they said that “it doesn’t matter because my copy said the other address”. Our pizzas were cut up like I wanted irregular pieces of pizza, one of my pizza’s was forgotten and when I got the replacement it was cold meaning it was my original one that they forgot and went back to get. Our breadsticks had no garlic on them. This cost is $50 and we still went to the competitor to rebuy our order so we could enjoy good food. Terrible all the way around and they tried to blame me for it. Don’t go here.

I ordered my food online through the app. Typically, this location is exceptional; however, their general manager, Mikayla, had a very unpleasant attitude. She hung up on me when I asked if she could issue a refund because my pizza only had meat, cheese, and dough, with no sauce at all. When I called her back to explain that I work in customer service and understand that mistakes happen, she did not offer an apology. Additionally, she refused to provide me with the name of the district manager.

The delivery driver was apologetic and nice. However, the food quality was very poor. Delivered 30 min passed stated delivery time. The food was cold and hard. Was supposed to be half paperoni and banana peper other half cheese. Only 3 slices were cheese.

Don’t order from here if you ever want to get your order!! Pizza never came but the charge was sure still in my card!! the store associates kept hanging up the phone. Customer service is non existent and told me i needed to leave my house and drive to the store to get a refund for the food i never got.

You can place your order and it appears they are open and baking it but they are closed even when you get there 40 minutes before their closing time.
Pizza Hut needs to change the ordering system to recognize real time operating hours.
