Terrible costumer sevice, they need to know they are working, not hanging out. The young lady who take my order never attended to me while she proscess my oder and gave me my card back still looking in a different direction during her conversation… to then make me pull foward to wait for my oder with no costumer at the store at this time… my family was excited to recieve Hardees cinnamon biscuits… but this time we recieve the “attention that they are delivering”

Stopped at Hardee’s for a quick meal and it was decent, but not perfect. The burger was hot and filling, and the fries were fine, but the overall quality felt a little inconsistent—like it depends on who’s working and how busy they are. Service was polite, though the wait was longer than I expected for fast food. The dining area was okay, but could’ve been cleaner around the tables. I’d go again if it’s convenient, just keeping expectations realistic.

I rarely eat fat food, but today my wife and I decided to stop here. Service was too notch. We were greeted as we walked in. We placed our order, they said pls have a seat and we will bring you order to you when it’s ready. Food was hot and very good. Someone came by (Mgr I believe) ask if everything was good. If you want something else besides Burger King or MacDonalds give this Hardee’s a try.

With today’s prices, neglect and ignorance is intolerable. My husband and I ordered 2 Big hot ham and cheese sandwiches with fries…not that difficult right? Now tell me how we got 2 burgers with ketchup and mustard on them and (1) order of cold, limp fries.I understand mistakes, they happen…but when we got home and realized what we had and attempted to call the store…guess what…no one would answer the doggone phone, infuriating my husband further. He wanted to make the 15 minute drive back to the store, but I know his temper and made him stay home. Hardee’s is not good enough for a couple of nights in Marion county jail. ( All of this happened at prime time on a Saturday night…can you imagine if you went there when it was slow?) ICK! By the way, we both took a bite of the burger we received, then we realized why we only go to Hardee’s for ham!

The food was fresh, and nicely made. The young lady that took our order was working the drive-through and the front. There was no teamwork, even after told multiple times, that people were waiting in the front to order. This was 11am on 09/27/2025. However, the restaurant was dirty, lobby and fountain area was not clean. I almost canceled my order, but I had my little one with me and he was hungry, missed breakfast. The counter to pick up the order was dirty as well.
