Sidel charged us at the payment window. Me and my boyfriend ordered 4 double cheeseburgers to share with friends and in ringing us up she said “Damn that must me unhealthy.” Super unprofessional. I understand that working in food in unpleasant , as i also work in food. But wow. That comment was unnecessary. And to say it to our face is extremely disrespectful.

If you want greasy food come here. I couldn’t even eat my hash browns because they had so much grease in them. I got a lot off with napkins but it was still so much on it I couldn’t eat and I definitely wasn’t giving my baby all that grease. So yea waste of my money. Then I was already long gone!

Terrible service, the manager doesn’t help at all and just screams at you. This has happened more than once already that the one taking orders doesn’t get the order right when clearly spoken too and then the manager screams at you and gives you a lot of attiude just because they were in the wrong.

Customer service is terrible. We were ordering through the drive-thru, and the girl who took our order wouldn’t let us decide what we wanted to eat. She was impatient and in a very bad mood. She kept telling us to hurry up. If you don’t like providing good service, look for a job where you don’t have to talk to anyone.

Bad bad bad service. Workers aren’t trained properly. They keep you waiting for 10+ minutes at the ordering machine when there’s nobody else there and they won’t even talk to you. You can wait in the line for 10 mins with only one car in front of you and it never moves. Stay away if you can!
Edit: Recently ordered again to make sure it wasn’t some fluke. Ordered two Daily Doubles with ketchup. AND THEY DIDN’T PUT THE MEAT PATTY! Insane!! It’s not even a burger! Where’s the meat! I don’t see it. I even checked verbally with them before leaving to hear them confirm the order and visually checked before leaving. Order printed on wrapper is right but hamburger was straight missing the meat (except I also said no pickles in mobile order but that’s a small issue conpared to NO MEAT!)

The bathrooms here are disgusting!!! When I told the staff they did not care. There is vomit in the urinal, sink, and floor. Paper all over the bathroom and on top of the overfilled trash can. There is urine in the handicap sink and all over the floor as well
