Ordered our meal, and the server said to go ahead and have a seat. The server, Alabama, delivered our tray of food to our table for us. She was very pleasant and warned us (due to my friends 2 year old son he had with him) that the fries were fresh out of the fryer and piping hot.

The best sausage and biscuits anywhere. I’m now a truck driver.Well this breakfast took me back 35 years + when I was a kid with my first job I would grab a sausage and biscuit in Goshen Indiana. Before going to work buttery biscuit and the sausage gravy just right. Maybe even a touch better . Thanks for the memories. I stopped by this Hardee’s whenever I get a chance

Went pretty close to closing and due to that I received subpar chicken tenders and cold fries. Just because it was almost time to close doesn’t mean the standard should have dropped. I had a burger which was fine and chicken tenders which were cold and old. The fries were cold as well. They forgot my drinks until I told them and did not include the sauces I asked for. I went so far as to ask if they were in the bag and was told yea. Silly of me not to. Check.

Breakfast food was awfuI. Egg on sandwich scortched and crispy on edges but biscuit it was on was not warm it was not fresh. This is the second time I have visited this Hardee’s the last time we were there we were the only one in the drive thru and when we pulled away were surprised that they got everything in our order wrong . The food in the bag did not match our receipt. The sandwiches were not even close to what we ordered. Management needs to pop in for a quality control inspection.

We get breakfast semi often from this location and I have to say, Kristin, the manager is always there and always giving the BEST service! She is super friendly and knowledgeable about everything going on in the store and stops without hesitation to help the employees with patience and kindness. She literally never stops working and I’m not sure I’ve ever been here when she wasnt working. People/employees like her are few and far between these days and she deserves to be recognized for what she is doing at the Mulberry FL Hardees location. Also Hardees has the best Bisc&Gravy around!!!!!

Went to drive threw at 845 no ever answered the speaker went to order inside but lobby closes at 8 the sign says drive through closes at 9. I called the store and someone answered I asked if they were open and was told no. I asked why not if it’s not 9 and was told just ain’t….. I know expectations are low when you go to Hardee’s but really how low should they be
