I am now a fast food person, and Hardee’s is not somewhere I’d usually pick even if I do have fast food.
However, something I have always loved here are the cinnamon raisin biscuits. Yummy, soft and sweet biscuits with vanilla icing, it used to be the perfect treat once in awhile.
Sadly they had discontinued the biscuits a few years ago which was so disappointing- but recently they had brought them back!
This Hardee’s I stopped by here and there to again enjoy the biscuits, which they’d make fresh and it was a great experience overall for a fast food spot. But now they’ve again stopped selling the biscuits so I hope they’ll one day again bring them back.

Taty took my order through the drive thru. I was impressed with her detailed customer service and also upselling me on a drink that was on special! She should be training other personnel. Rochelle handed me my order out and ensured it was correct. Both were joyous and made my experience a great one. I will come back to this location again.

We walked in and one girl was busy cleaning everywhere/ it did not look dirty or messy at all. So we ordered our food and sit down and ate, the had a special on apple pies/ 1 apple pie for $1 50 / or 2 apple pies for $2/ i ended up getting 4 of them, my butty got a spicy chicken sandwitch and said to him it was not spicy enough/ I had the mushroom Swiss burder/ it was good/ the fries were hot// and had a seasoning that was good. I also ordered a big ham and cheese/ to go. So in all it was a pleasent experence for me, this was the one off highway 60 in Mulberry.

Mya was amazing. My daughter wanted a fanta, which they didn’t have. She pleasantly offered to mix some strawberry syrup with sprite for her. My daughter was pleased at Mya’s initiative. Although we had to park, she had all of our food made fresh. She made sure we had all the sauces and condiments. Before we pulled off She ran back in to make sure we had napkins. Mya is truly an asset as it is not often you run into a nice smile and pleasant personality.

I don’t know how far I have to drive to find CLEAN Food. This is getting ridiculous.
I visited the Bartow location wanting a fish sandwich. The guy making my sandwich wiped his nose with his hand. He did not wash his hands. I got a refund and left. Headed to the Mulberry location.
Here, I witnessed the lady that was going to make my sandwich not only keep drinking her drink that was kept right next to the foods for customers, but she reached her hand down into her bra, grab her big boobie, and adjusted it correctly into her bra. I was DISGUSTED. I waited for her to go wash her hands and put on gloves… she did NOT. So, I complained to the manager and demanded my money back.
I wonder, how far do I need to drive, and how many restaurants do I need to visit to find CLEAN food.

Service staff disappeared after receiving our order. We were surprised that Kids meal did not have you anymore. The ham sandwich was tasty but the portion very small for the price.

I made a special trip to this Hardee’s in Mulberry, Fl today. I had stopped and got a hamburger here a couple of months ago and was very pleased with it. The hamburger I was served today had been sitting for quite awhile. The bun was shriveled up from being reheated in a microwave. Both side of the buns put together were not an eighth of an inch thick. The bacon was tough believe it or not probably from being microwaved the hamburger had cold and hotspots indicative of being reheated. I have to say it’s one of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever been served. The one I was served cost $15. It’s time to start eating at home. I think I would’ve been better off going to Burger King and I hate Burger King.

Went to this location 1506121 in mulberry . We went at 10:12 am and did not want breakfast so the employee Mya went and cooked us what we really wanted. You do not find customer service like this in fast food restaurants. Mya did not have to do that but she did . Thanks Mya we really appreciate it .
