Got breakfast this morning and the biscuit was hot and fresh. Hashbrowns were hot and drink was refreshing. It is good to have a fast food restaurant with clean tables, clean floors, and clean bathrooms, that also has super friendly service.

Terrible customer service. Definitely don’t know how to talk to paying customers when asking Questions about an order. Not fixing the food properly as ordered and this has been on numerous of occasions, but now I give up with giving them chances. Also I know mornings can be hectic with customers but as a team maybe work together and not 3 of the employees outside on smoke break. However definitely won’t be returning to this location needs better service.

At 7:20 I purchased a burger for $6.01. There was no line and no food up. So great, they are making everything hot fresh and to order, right? Nope. Had to wait to receive a cold burger that clearly violated health and safety standards. For years quality has declined at this location. I will never returned. It should be closed down.

The lady that took orders inside was friendly and apologetic for everyone’s wait. This store does not have systems and training in place to accommodate the drive thru and inside at same time. My wait was 10 min before I ordered, and 25 min after I ordered, then order was wrong. I can not recommend this store to anyone until ownership decides customer service is a priority.
