The GM & her crew today was so awesome & cheerful. They greeted us as we entered & our food was hot & fresh. Very clean. Loved how the GM Nigeria walked up asked how was everything & did we need anything else. Crew was very polite & checked on us as well. We left felt very welcomed & enjoyed our time there. I would recommend the GM a raise & the young lady in the red shirt as well.

Received a cold completely smashed burger and a flat coke. I do not remember Hardee’s burgers being like this. I feel sick after eating this. The lady working the drive thru also failed to give me a receipt.

This place used to be so good got a biscuit and gravy not a single piece of sausage in the gravy the Gravy had zero flavor biscuit no flavor and you get a combo for $10 they have Change the cup size for the lemonades you can go to Whataburger and get a great biscuit and gravy full of sausage with the gravy for three dollars and some change. Hardee’s is double the price I see why these locations shut down. I will not ever go back you ask for details your gravy taste like water zero flavor just the base and add water no sausage that’s suppose to be in gravy the gravy biscuit was digusting

I’ve lived in the area for about 7 years. I’ve never visited this Hardee’s until today. I will not be returning. First, the microphone system was down so after waiting in line for about 5 minutes being first in line at the microphone no one was speaking to me. I pulled up to the window where a nice gentleman came out and took my order car side. He was very attentive and I had forgotten about the broken speakerphone situation. He gave me the coke I had ordered and asked if I parked in a parking spot while they finished making my food. 15 minutes went by. I waited patiently. After 20 minutes a young woman came out and explained that my food was almost ready. A minute later she returned with what you seeing the photos. My mushroom Swiss burger contained no mushrooms, was burnt and extremely flattened. My chicken club was probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten. The chicken was rubbery and an edible. The sauce tasted like it had expired. 7 years living nearby and I regret my first and only visit. I feel ill.. I do not know how this place stays in business.

The timer at the window is the absolute worst concept. No one want to have to pull forward or go park in the parking lot to satisfy the dumb corporate standards you have set for the employees. It’s literally a point of contention for any customer and any one who enforces this rule knows they feel the same way I do if they visit a restaurant. You just end up wasting more time because your boy has to walk in and out of the restaurant over and over again after they’ve already been busting your butt. All that sad the lady at the front window in the morning it is amazing.

There is very little consistency which is unfortunate. Sometimes when I get biscuits and gravy it is perfect and sometimes like today I get it and it’s basically sausage water.

This location is terrible. I went through for breakfast at 8:30 am, and ordered several biscuits. Every one of them was so hard I could have broken a window with them and they were barely luke warm. NO excuse for that AT ALL! I will definitely not be going back and I would not recommend anyone else waste your money at this location either. It’s really no wonder at all why so many Hardee’s locations have closed down.
