Admittedly me and my daughter came for breakfast three days in a row for breakfast. First day everything was superb. Second quality went way downhill but tried to have some grace cause they were busy. Third day our food was mediocre and service was bad. I guess go only when it’s dead if you want good food.

All of the employees were in a good mood. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was surprisingly clean.. The food was better than usual for a waffle house.. what I mean by that is Waffle House is pretty decent usually it doesn’t suck sometimes it’s nothing to write home about but this particular time the food was exceptionally on point I overheard one of the cooks had been cooking for 6 years there but one thing’s for sure the food was so good it was noticeably better than average to the point where if I want to eat Waffle House around where I live even though that one is considerably farther away but not ridiculous maybe 20-30 minutes or so I would definitely go to that Waffle House over others. And just in case for some strange reason Waffle House actually reads this review. I would love to make a complaint and a strong suggestion that probably would result in more money for your company and happier customers. That is the price to add eggs it is ridiculous $3.50 for a single egg you guys need to stop being ridiculously greedy in my opinion. You need to lower it to like 99 cents. Which equals out to $12 a dozen for you guys don’t even act like you ain’t profiting. And one thing’s for sure a lot of people would add more eggs because all of your meals have two eggs only and that’s just not enough but I’m not going to pay $3.50 for a single egg and also work on your biscuits you can do better other than that I must say in the Pensacola Milton area best waffle house around food quality-wise

If you’ve never been to a Florida Waffle House at 3:00 AM during a thunderstorm in Florida, have you even truly lived? This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a high-stakes survivalist theater where the floor is perpetually “seasoned” and the air is 40% hash brown grease.
I walked in and the atmosphere was “Thunderdome meets Breakfast.” There was a lady in the corner holding a thirty year old chihuahua (probably), and the jukebox was playing nothing but classic rock at a volume that felt like a personal attack.
The lighting is bright enough to perform open-heart surgery, which is helpful, because you need to see exactly how much smothered, and covered hashbrowns you’re about to devour.
The waitress had a nametag from 1994 and called me “sugar” with an intensity that made me feel like she knew exactly how I was going to die. She was simultaneously taking a 12-top order from memory, smoking a cigarette during a 30-second break that defied the laws of physics, and managing a verbal dispute between two truckers (one wearing an Elmer Fudd hat) about a NASCAR race.
She is the strongest person I have ever met.
The All-Star Special: It arrived in approximately 45 seconds. I don’t know how. I’m convinced there’s a particle accelerator in the back.
The Waffle had the structural integrity of a sponge but the soul of an angel.
The Coffee tasted like it was brewed using water from the Everglades and battery acid. It gave me the ability to see through time.
Waffle House is the only place in Florida where the “Waffle House Index” isn’t just a weather metric, it’s a lifestyle. I saw a man fight an alligator outside the front door, and he lost, but he still got his grits on time.
10/10. I will be back tomorrow night to reclaim my dignity.

The restaurant was empty, which made sense once service started. The staff acted rushed, distracted, and clearly more invested in their phones, selfies and conversations between them than in customers. Basic attention felt like an inconvenience, and the overall attitude was careless and dismissive. First visit, and the lack of service alone guaranteed it’ll be the last.
