I’m feeling extremely upset after leaving here for breakfast. I ordered a biscuit and gravy combo. I got a single biscuit and a small side of gravy. When I went to other locations before I’ve gotten a bigger platter of biscuit and gravy. And when I went to the front to complain about it, they said it’s an open face or it’s a double combo. They didn’t even offer me any of that. When I ordered and I’m still hungry and I’m leaving upset. I did not feel like I got 11.38 worth of food. I’m feeling honestly ripped off right now.And the staff knew I was upset with what I ordered and they did not make it right. Feeling like I got ripped off right now. And also the oil on the hash browns taste old.My hash browns don’t even taste good. And I’m leaving hungry. That’s the worst part about it. I spent eleven dollars and thirty eight cents to still feel like i’m hungry. The staff probably didn’t want to make it right with me.Because i’m a white person and everyone in there was black. So they don’t really care about making me happy. I also pointed out that the picture on the combo on the menu screen showed two full biscuits, not one biscuit, opened up.It showed two full biscuits, and I only received one biscuit. I literally got ripped off and the manager could care less. She could have given me another biscuit. And gravy to rectify the problem to show what it looks like on the picture is what I would have received, and she did not make it right?And i’m very disappointed. Now I gotta drive back an hour to my home.Hungry and gonna be hungry for the next half of the day.Because my breakfast wasn’t worth it. If the owner of this business or the management, the general manager would like to reach out to me and give me a voucher for another meal. I would really appreciate it because I’m honestly very upset about this experience that I had there. It literally got ripped off on my meal. This morning, the picture clearly showed 2 biscuits on the picture. 2 full biscuits, not one biscuit broken in half literally. That’s what the biscuit combo showed on the menu picture. I’ve got a large drink and a medium hash brown, and I can’t even eat.The hash browns cause it tastes gross. All the workers and the manager knew I was upset and disappointed with what I received and they did not care.

The best Hardee’s experience I’ve had in a long while was at the Norwood location. Clean, very friendly and excellent service. Communication between the colleagues was productive and cohesive. There were clearly some regular customers in the lobby and they were being taken care of with respect and courtesy. My order was quick, correct and delicious.

My experience at Hardee’s today was better than previous visits. I hadn’t eaten at this particular Hardee’s in years. I stopped eating here, because the service and food had notably degraded while the prices continued to climb. My family wanted to try the new chicken wraps and it was just toooo hot to travel wayyy across town to the other Hardee’s. I just wanted to get back into my nice cool home so I decided to give the neighborhood Hardee’s another try. I have to admit the service was hot and quick and the attendant was very professional and helpful. Personally I think Hardee’s fries are surpassing Mickey D’s these days. Mc.D’s is another fast food restaurant I’ve given up on.

The service from Willie the manager was rude and seriously needs to be investigated by the franchise owner because I’m sure they don’t want their business represented so poorly by their restaurant manager. It’s so bad that the community knows his name which is how I found out that his name is Willie. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal and a sausage biscuit. He started with his attitude at the drive through window when he told me to pull around after I asked if he added the sausage biscuit to my order. Then when I get to the window they pulled me forward and made me wait. But at least the cashier at the window and the guy who brought my food out were professional and kind, I saw at least 2 cars pull out of the line because they were tired of waiting. I finally get to the window and Willie was giving attitude to workers. To add further insult to the situation, my chicken biscuit was converted to a chicken sandwich on a bun with pickles and mayonnaise that I did NOT ask for along with an order of fries that I also didn’t ORDER. If your manager is going to have an attitude he could at least get the orders correct.

Stopped by Hardee’s for breakfast and had the biscuits and gravy absolutely hit the spot. The biscuits were soft and fresh, and the gravy was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Classic comfort food, served fast and hot. One of the best fast food breakfasts out there. I’ll definitely be back!
