I went through the drive thru at 11:50 in the morning, ordered a big hardee combo was told they dont make them anymore so I substituted a bacon cheeseburger combo, also ordered a Frisco combo, a chicken sanwich combo, an extra cheeseburger and a kids meal. After confirming all of my order I’m told they are not serving lunch because they are backed up from breakfast!! There was nobody else in the parking lot. So unprofessional very disappointed

Man i just came from this restaurant and when i tell you i won’t be back….I WON’T BE BACK!!! I Felt like i was not wanted there, my food was cold and i couldn’t even get anybody to ring me up for my meal, the only person who tried to help me was the older cook in the back who got my order and made it for me but i still had to wait for the main cashier to ring me up bc nobody had the code to get into the register. Make sure you guys get people who want to work and not make up excuses and serve cold food, i was having a fantastic day until i came to this restaurant that made me feel like they didn’t even want me there. And whats crazy is, i was in the drive thru line and waited for about 3 mins and nobody came to the speaker so i went inside where there were no customers and i still got treated this way, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Local Hardee’s are on their last leg. Their breakfast was pretty good. I had the frisco sandwich & it was better than expected. As for lunch, their burgers are horrible. They used to be decent.

Lights were on – store hours said the store was open, but no one would take my order at the drive through or acknowledge I was there – If the store isn’t open, the lights etc. should not be on. There were people inside in the back – you could see them through the windows. I did not attempt to go inside. 11/10/2022 5:50 am

The lady at the speaker kept yelling at me telling me they opened at six. I was patiently waiting and had not done anything. Several other cars had pulled around band blowed the horn but I still waited patiently. I told the lady that she did not have to speak to me like that. She said she wouldn’t take my order. I had nothing to do with the other customers. The next time she came on the speaker she refused to take my order. I explained that I had nothing to do with them. She took my order. Then when I got to the window. She had an attitude and says can I help you? I already refused to take your order. I said well I need to speak with a manager and know your name. She slammed the window and walked away. Another lady came up very nice and corrected my order. And took my money. The order came out wrong and missing a biscuit. Had to wait an additional 25 minutes in line again to get my whole order.
