Me and my grandma were going to McDonald’s, but she insisted on going here. We got a 2-pic dinner dark meal, (and they didn’t say if we wanted a side)and a chicken sandwich. When our food came out, they gave us white meat, but that’s fine. But why did it take 10 minutes to make a chicken sandwich? It looks like it’s sitting out for hours like I can’t even eat it. And this is why we are going to McDonald’s; we will never come back here. Hope y’all close down.

The food my husband had was really good, he ate the hotdog he said it was good. I used the drive thru and ordered a hamburger and I asked her if there was ketchup on the burger and she replied no. When I got home to eat the burger had some special sauce, I did not like it so I didn’t have dinner. I did eat a few French fries and they’re great. The apple pies are perfectly great.

I gave them a three star only because the morning crew are normally great but the evening is terrible they are less than a 1 star. I went to the drive through window and no one answered after 3 or 4 minutes I went inside. Inside there was a worker sitting at a table on her phone. After a minute she looked up and said oh I didn’t see you come in. I placed my order and the lady went to fix it and told the girl to ring up my order. When the girl told me how much it was I couldn’t understand her so I asked her what she said. The girl got an attitude with me and I told her I’m sorry I couldn’t understand you with your fingers in your mouth. She then said with a nasty attitude “I know that’s why I took them out.” Not only was her attitude nasty but to have her fingers in her mouth while working in a restaurant is disgusting and a health department violation. The girl obviously did not care. In years past this was a decent place to go. it appears the evening shift manager doesn’t care either. Honestly think these people need to be fired. It’s no wonder they don’t have much business in the evenings any more.

Ketchup packets under my ice… didn’t give me all of my order after a 10 minute wait at drive thru. Burgers were dried out on crusty bread like the sandwiches were in the warmer all day. Chicken was tough and the hotdogs Chilli was running for it’s life. At least the fries were fresh.

Very dissapointing to get home and find someone has already eaten your sausage gravy. It did appear the gravy may have leaked out, but how does someone pick up the dish and not feel it is pretty much empty before putting it in the box with a biscuit. My sausage biscuit must have been assembled at 6:AM, then sat around waiting to be served at 10:15AM. Very poor quality food today.

Came through here with the family, & it has been about 12 years since I left town. They have messed up service, must be same management. Got here at 7/16 on 8:45pm no chicken, no hot dogs, no hot ham & cheese sandwiches, no burgers for the brown bag. They should just turn into a Starbucks and service good water.

There was food in my sweet tea. I usually open my drink to check for any contamination but, I did not check today because I was in a hurry. So, I took a sip. While drinking the tea I felt something in my mouth, so I spat it out and it was a onion. (For reference, I only ordered a tea.) So, I was upset and I poured the rest of the drink out and found more food in the bottom of the cup. Like someone had spit in it. I am disgusted. This happen on 5/21/2025. I will not be returning!

Customer service was not on point . Food inside of bag and not in proper container and attitude was given when asked to correct . I had to ask for napkins and given attitude and fires was cold and had a ways to travel. Drive thru. Lines were held really long. It was better in the past now horrible. Spent the money but not satisfied. Recommend? No. And the food was for someone else!!

Got to the drive thru menu, was not greeted. Ordered one single Frisco burger, was told to pull up to the door and she would bring it to me. I waited for a solid 12 minutes. (I’m the only customer since I pulled up) and eventually went inside myself and it was sitting on the counter. It was as cold as it if it were sitting in the fridge at this point.

We came into the restaurant and ordered over $50 worth of food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. I don’t eat them nor do I like the taste of them. My sandwich came with pickles and I sent it back. There was one pickle removed and the sandwich was given back to me. I sat down to eat and there was another pickle on the sandwich. It was taken back and the cook was told to make a new sandwich. He did not just took the pickles off and sent it back. After the third time I requested my money back. There was no one but us in the restaurant and very few people in the drive thru. Customer service was non existent. I left Hardee’s and went to Burger King and requested a sandwich with no pickles. It was made to perfection. Burger King for the win!
