I ordered a number one with an extra patty, plain. We waited about 10 minutes and got the food. The burger was a single and had everything on it. My husband walked up and told her and she went to go get a replacement. The second time it was a single with bacon on it. This time I walked back in, and the lady said that I didn’t order that. I asked if she wanted me to get my card to pay extra because that is what I wanted, and explained that I didn’t order bacon. She seemed surprised and said no it’s fine she would get it. When she handed me a burger, it was the KIDS burger which is significantly less than what I actually paid for. So now I get out of the car and go in. I explain what’s going on to a cashier and she talks to the first lady (turns out SHE’S the manager) and they claim they’re making me a new burger. The only helpful person, a young black girl working the counter, went back to check on the burger a few times for me and then came up and asked if I wanted a refund because they still hadn’t started making it. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for the same manager to come back and do the refund, because even though her employee told her multiple times she didn’t know how to do it and that she needed her managers card to swipe the register, she ignored her; she was acting really frazzled, turned right and left a few times almost like she was in a panic, and then disappeared into the back. I guess it is a stressful job, but it is still your job. That happened about three times before she finally came over to do the refund herself, and it took her about five minutes to ring up the refund because she didn’t know how to do it either!!! Oh, there was also a crowd of people around me, half of which were waiting to be helped and they still hadn’t been helped by the time I walked out 20 minutes later, and the other half were standing behind me waiting to tell them how their food was also wrong. And after such a horrible experience, I received no offer of compensation and she made sure the refund was for the sandwich only even though she had at that point wasted an additional 25 minutes of my time in her store. And the only one who apologized was the young girl at the counter; I apologize to her on her managers behalf, because she shouldn’t be talk to you that way in front of a customer.

I just watched three customers walk out of the restaurant because the staff would not acknowledge them or take their order. One young lady walked right past us looking for some guy in the parking lot, then came back in and went to the back of the kitchen. Not once speaking, didn’t say give me a moment, nothing! After waiting and not beinf treated like valued customers, Everyone walked out of the restaurant to get breakfast elsewhere. Their employees are awful. It’s too bad owner’s of businesses have no idea what happens when they trust their employees to represent them on a positive way.

The hamburger was really good but the onion rings were overcooked and hard. The lady that took our order was very nice. I had to go back up to the counter for ketchup and basically got ignored. They have an area for condiments but no ketchup. They are also very slow. They take your order and you just have to sit and wait for them to call your name. I would eat there again if I had to but if given a choice I’d pick somewhere else.

The food was typical Hardee’s fare and it was fine. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes for our order. The unsweetened tea was awful. Tables and seats were dirty.

Store was not prepared on a busy Sunday lunch rush. Only 4 people working, one on break in the dining room. 10+ people in line. Drive thru is wrapped around the building. It took about 20min to order and another 10 to get my order. I received the wrong size fry as usual

We ordered small items for breakfast. Food was warm and tasty. Price is reasonable. Customer service is friendly. Positive and well lit atmosphere. Large parking area available.

The managers have the cashiers automatically ask you to pull up in the drive through after paying because they’re never ready and they worry about their timer, just beware that if you do you may or may not get your order. Never pull up for them.

Went through the drive through. Both male employees didn’t talk louder than a whisper, when they spoke, which was never. It was the most awkward interaction with fast food employees ever. Asked for honeyq sauce, he shook his head no. Asked for honey mustard, he walked away, bo words spoken and came back with sauce then walked away again. No thanks foe comeing….goodbye….have a nice day. Employees were cold. Much like the food. And the chicken tenders, were more like nuggets. Save your money, go elsewhere.
