This is one of the best Hardee’s as far as their biscuits, although not entirely their fault the hours can be inconsistent since they have a problem with staffing and there’s been so many times I’ve gone their and they were supposed to be open in the mornings but I am told I have to come back at lunchtime since they didn’t have any employees show up and they only have 1 person in the restaurant just the manager. If it weren’t for the fact that I go there at 6am and they should be open but they aren’t really open so I’m giving them 4 stars.

Drive thru. I asked ” what comes on the Bacon Cheeseburger ” reply..” bacon”. I say” I realize that but whatelse? Like mayo, tomato , you know what else? I’m sorry but there’s certain foods I can’t eat. This is why I asked” . Just a minute she says. She proceeds to finally tell me. I request it plain, just meat and cheese. “Do you want mayo?” No maam , nothing but the meats and cheese please”. ” medium combo with sweet tea” ( not that she bothered to ask). Then I requested the new peach n cream cheese fried pie. Not available I’m told. I pay and leave. I get home……no cheese on the burger. No wonder Hardee’s doesn’t do well other than breakfast.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a 1/3lb bacon cheeseburger with no mustard and ketchup. After going through this about 3 times with the lady working the drive thru I got home to realize they had completely screwed up my order. The lady that used to work the drive thru at this location was competent, unfortunately she left and went to bojangles and the new lady isn’t as bright. Please Hardee’s, fix this problem.

We had to wait for the food my dad waited 20 minutes for a gravy biscuit the cook had an attitude they was out of sugar creamer and they was putting peoples orders in a bag that was eating inside .What I ordered they didn’t have and they never offered to upgrade my order or give me the difference in money.. Good, the loaded omelet biscuits need work. It’s 90% egg and no filling. If this could be improved I’d eat here more often. Lunch and dinner food just isn’t worth the price anymore, rarely ever was from Hardee’s. Breakfast all day would catapult this business well above most.
