Had an issue with my mobile app, no fault of the restaurant. The lady up front Krystal was super helpful and understanding. She made it right when I was already frustrated. My food was made fresh and was perfect !

Disgusting, hard, cold burger and crumb of chicken tenders used for the 3 wraps we got then I got regular fries instead of curly & not a full large .. go figure. Only thing good was my dr pepper No answer when calling to express my frustrations. Will be getting a refund and reaching out to upper management.

My wife and I came to this Hardee’s location this morning for breakfast. I immediately noticed how efficient the restaurant was operating. Every employee was working with a sense of purpose. The Mgr., Beverly made herself known by the way she managed and prioritized orders. I was extremely impressed by her professionalism and efficiency. These characteristics are rare in fast food these days. Beverly gets it! I will go out of my way to bring my business here simply due to the way Beverly and her employees do business. Job well done!

We ordered the new bacon grilled cheese and it was not worth eating. The little bit of cheese on it was cold the egg was also cold and only 2 lil pieces of bacon. Oh the bread was cold too. We also got a cold stk egg and cheese. The biscuit was falling apart. I had to take the stk off and eat it plain. The young guy at the window was super nice. We stopped at bojangles for my husband .

Please do not visit this location. The customer service is extremely terrible. I called to let them know that I received two unsweet teas when I ordered them sweet. By the time I discovered this I had made it back home. Upon calling the manager stated they had got the teas mixed up and if I wanted it corrected I would have to return immediately before they left. After asking why couldn’t I come back when it was convenient for me after she admitted it was her mistake I was then told I was yelling and combative. I explained several times I was not yelling and asked to speak with someone else. She stated I couldn’t talk to anyone else or would she give me her name. I’m guessing due to me being African American she automatically made up in her mind I had an attitude”. She hung up on me and told me if I called back it would be harassment. I plan to take this high up the chain as I possibly can. I’m not sure where this employee received training but there is no way she should be managing. All over two sweet teas. Instead of her saying she would take my name and I could come back at a later time she proceeded to be very unprofessional. This is something that could have been easily resolved but instead she choose to be problematic. My next complaint will be filed with the better business bureau for discrimination until this matter is resolved.

Terrible, order is wrong almost every time we come here. We are always asked to pull forward. Never given the sauces that we ask for at the window. Everything fried taste like a salt lick and is way overdone 9 times out of 10.
Staff seems lazy and annoyed that they have a customer. This was supposed to be a BLT Chicken Sandwich Meal. Umm, no bacon, lettuce, tomato…wow. Im so tired of consistently bad food from here.

Stopped by here for the first time for breakfast. This is by far the cleanest Hardee’s I’ve ever been in. Food was fresh and hot. And Mrs Krystle had excellent customer service

Came through the drive thru and the lady over the intercom wasn’t very nice. She seemed impatient while I was ordering and overall was just very nasty spirited within her attitude. I don’t like to name drop, but hopefully she was fired.
