Someone’s making the burritos the wrong direction, ive gotten bites full of sour cream, bites full of refried beans, there is absolutely 0 even distribution. Im unsure if its simply an innocent mistake or if its some sick prank but it is not funny and it needs to be looked into.

I ordered in the chaos. OK fine. I’m a vegetarian so I asked for potatoes, extra tomatoes, extra lettuce on my vegetarian crunch wrap supreme .. added some potatoes light on some sauces. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla with potatoes in it and no spicy sauce… I got home unwrapped it and that’s what my supreme looks like no extra of anything and my cheese quesadilla has sauce on it. And we were waiting there for a good 10-15 minutes while they prepared my order. I could literally see the guy looking at the screen and going to get everything that he needed in order to make my food. And for somehow he didn’t follow it!! It says it very clear on my receipt. I paid for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, potatoes, to be added into my food, and I’ve got zero of it .. I just wanted to have dinner and go home after a long day of work. Come on people do better!!

Changed my 5 star to a one star because of how greedy this franchise is. They even got rid of the $6 box (which was really like $8 even tho it was supposed to be $6) and things usually cost more than they’re advertised because the franchise chooses the price

This place used to be good. Went downhill. Stale chalupa’s and soggy nachos on August 28th 2025 around 7 pm. Called store back. Female Manager refused to give name. Said no refund unless I drive back. So I have to drive back and waste time and gas for your actions of giving disgusting stale soggy food?

General manager is extremely rude. They made my food incorrectly I asked if they could just remake it and they are refusing. Then the general manager hung up when I asked who to contact above him. I think it’s ridiculous. If you don’t provide a receipt how am I supposed to bring a receipt back. The fact that your systems don’t show orders from last night is not my problem. Like I said I have the items to exchange.
The fact that the general manager can’t handle a conversation over six soft tacos without hanging up on someone is wild.. If the leadership doesn’t care what happens to the orders or the customers, the staff surely won’t.
You hung up because you’re guilty of terrible service and don’t want to address it.
Then after they hung up on me, they took the phone off the hook… Then they put the phone back on the hook so I called back and they took the phone off the hook again. This is the only loser response to six soft taco supreme lol

About a year ago I would of gave 5 stars. Last few months they suck. Orders been wrong. Hardly any toppings to with the nachos. I keep going back hoping maybe they will go back to the way the used to be …but no luck. So I had to place this review.

Food was ok. Saw someone come in and steal a doordash order and they never looked at or confirmed with the guy if it was his order. When the real dasher came by to get their order, they were berated by the female “manager” about how it’s not their fault and to basically leave. The dasher left after they repeatedly denied any fault.
On top of ignoring walk in customers and having no receipts to prove your order and going out of their way to ignore customers even when busy. Apparently they only customers that matter are the drive thru ones, everyone else gets ignored while 5 employees stand in one place chatting the whole day.
