I’ve had Boo’s before and it was pretty good. But my last visit was disappointing. I tried something different and it was not what I expected. The pulled chicken sandwich was diced chicken. It was well seasoned but belonged on a salad in my opinion.

Brisket was dry, sliced with the grain not against the grain and too thick on the plus side there was about a pound and half of brisket it was still dry and tough. Mac and cheese was a water mushy mess, sausage was good just heat and serve, onion rings were good frozen product, texas toast ok. saw server mopping floor and bathroom and never saw her wash her hands. I was going to get dessert but grossed out by then. The staff where gathered up by the cash register and there was a whole lot of cussing going on.

Clean restaurant, attentive service and very good food. Value is very good with generous portions. Food was fresh and hot. Next time I’m in town I’ll stop off at Boo’s Smoke House BBQ.
