I usually have good experiences with Hardee’s in Boing Springs and Inman, but today wasn’t one of those times in Inman. My food wasn’t warm, and the biscuits tasted like they were holdovers from yesterday. One of the sausage and egg biscuits barely had any egg on it. They also didn’t include napkins or a receipt in the bag. When food costs what it does now, you’ve got to add value.

Came in later at 7:30pm, as me and my Fiancée came in an employee was sitting down on her phone. I understand it’s a food/fast food environment, and I understand that the employee may have been on a lunch break, but when she got up to take our order, she seemed like she couldn’t care for business or even for life in general. She barely paid attention while we ordered, like she just wanted to get this over with. Safe to say we didn’t feel welcomed here. Service was terrible, food was cold, and customers come second to the employees cell phone.

I’ve gone too Hardee’s days in a row on my break from work I Simple ask for 2 sausage and egg biscuits with scrambled eggs on light biscuits!! And 9/10 I get dark hard biscuits and sausage that looks like it’s been sitting since 5am… I talk to management several times it’s just unacceptable atp I’m so over it probably will never go back it’s happened 7/8 times.. and I only go back because it’s convenient and I love the biscuits just not hard ones ugh breakfast spoiled again‼️ Do better

I know its fast food, and its hard to find good help, but how about some hygiene standards for employees? Employees working with food should not have a rats nest for hair and look completely not kept. How about requiring hair nets at a bare minimum. Two people that I can see have hair hanging out all over preparing food. One not even wearing a hat. One guy wearing a puffy winter coat… it almost makes me turn around and walk back out. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would have.

Holy cow, never had an order this bad at a Hardee’s. Will never be back to this one!
Drive thru. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 Fris o burger, large fries and 2 apple pies.
Both chicken sandwiches were overcooked and skinny, and the Frisco burger was burnt and a super-skinny patty. Fries were dull and limp. Only truly edible thing was the apple pies, which were fine.
Add to this we had to pull to the side and wait for this food, which, with coupons, still came out to $18 (no drinks ordered).
I’ve always considered Hardee’s the boss of fast food burgers….big, tasty sandwiches which might cost a little more, but worth it.
Well.

If it wasn’t for their breakfast, this place wouldn’t exist. What was I thinking getting a milkshake from here? Was more expensive than one from Chick-fil-A. The lady on the intercom asked if I wanted whipped cream. I said yes. Mine was over halfway full of whipped cream and it was overflowing out the top. I heard staff laughing like it was funny. No wonder I was the only car in line. This place is disgusting! These people should be ashamed serving slop like this.

The breakfast at this location is ok but lunch and dinner are not good at all. Every time I get lunch or dinner from this location the food is not fresh, they are out of things, or customer service is poor. This evening the chicken strips I received were burnt and hard. Also two of the chicken strips were a chicken fillet that had been cut in half to look like a chicken strip.

Hardee’s is usually pretty solid for breakfast. This location has declined terribly. Two different biscuits were hard and falling apart. This chicken biscuit tasted like they cooked the chicken and the biscuit yesterday. Y’all better get grandma back to work in there.

Took an extremely long time to get one burger. I was the only car in the drive thru and was asked to moved up. Once I refused the cashier gave me much attitude. When I received my sandwich IT HAD HAIR IN IT! SOOOOO UNEXCEPTABLE! Thank goodness I don’t live in that area because I would not eat there again.
