I don’t order fast food anymore. Decided to get a Hardee’s burger. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with extra bacon. Received a single cheeseburger with no bacon. Called the store and got a lecture about why I shouldn’t be using the mobile app. Thanks for reminding me why I don’t eat fast food anymore, Hardee’s. Zero of 5, do not recommend.

Stopped here on way to work and purchased two of the famous star with cheese burgers at drive through window. At work, I opened wrapper to discover there was no meat on either of them. Stopped back by on way home with receipt and items purchased previous evening. Manager told me she could not reimburse me because that problem occurred on lunch shift. I told them I’ll never be back. I’m sure they don’t care.

We have gone here quite a few times but stopped for a while as the food is usually disappointing. Thought maybe it was because of staffing issues due to covid or something although staff were always friendly. Decided to go back tonight and try again…bad idea. I ordered and when I got to the window realized I’d forgotten something as was told they do not allow folks to add on at the window (I hadn’t even paid yet). I’d have to drive around and order again. Frustrated I paid and waited for the food I had ordered. Asked for light salt on the fries as they’re always cold…ordered a sourdough burger no mayo no bacon add onion among other items. I received cold fries…again..and checked my burger just to be sure and again..shriveled cold meat and literally nothing but a dab of mustard and sliver of onion….nothing else…no cheese no tomatoes…nada. I showed it to them and they seemed confused as though I’d made a mistake. I shouldn’t have to educate staff what comes on the sandwich…attitudes shifted quickly so I returned all the food and got a refund. The woman issuing it was very kind and apologized which was appreciated but I will never try this place again. Too any chances. We went into food lion and got some frozen junk food that cost half the price and was delicious.

They kept me waiting for 20 minutes standing in the lobby to get my food and then finally tell me what I ordered they are out of and chose a different sandwich and by then I started to sit down to eat and the little lady manager said it’s time to close, you can’t eat it here, I tell her I’m on a motorcycle, no place to eat, and if your people hadn’t taken so long I’d been able to eat!!!! Said it wasn’t her problem!!!!! Will not go back!!!!!!!!

I was going to get my children chicken but remembered when I went a couple weeks prior and was told they could not cook any more so this time I called to place an order.
