Took us 20 minutes to get a ham and egg biscuit and sausage and egg biscuit. There were no other customers in line inside. They worked the drive through first which was not very busy either. They handed out 3 to 4 orders to drive through before we got ours.

2/$5 Roast Beef does not look like what is advertised. Asked manager on duty why so little meat when the picture shows a huge amount. She shrugged her shoulders and said corporate told us to make them that way. The sign is our large one we sell. I told her that was false advertising and she once again shrugged her shoulders and said, I’d have to take it up with them. I sent pictures to corporate and the auto reply was, thanks for sharing we will address your concern. No one ever responded back about how rude the manager was nor why this little amount of roast beef was put on the sandwiches.

Came in on a Saturday about 10:40am. There were 2 people standing at the counter waiting for their orders and about 7 employees behind the counter. It took almost 10 minutes for anyone to approach the counter to greet us and take our order. another 10 minutes for 3 biscuits to be ready. No customer service, no greeting, absolutely no word when they slid the bag across the counter. And the drive thru was empty so what was the reason for such poor customer service…?

Ordered my food and waitled 25 minutes, went to counter and asked where it was at seeing that they were giving everyone else food way before me, well she said be about 15 minutes she didn’t even put it in the frier yet

Horrible experience first off I was rushed by the person taking my order. I was waiting forever while guy at drive thru window texted on his phone. Then he forgot my drink and once I got home to drink my diet dr pepper it tasted horrible. Avoid this place at all cost
