This is the absolute worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. This rating is based on our first two (and last) visits to this location. The first visit, we went inside the restaurant and waited 7 minutes before we saw any employee. When we finally did see someone, they didn’t say anything to us, just looked at us and then walked out of the side exit door to the parking lot. We ended up leaving.Our visit today, we tried the drivethru, but never got a response after 2 minutes so we pulled up. We ordered through the window and were asked to pull up. We waited 10 minutes for 2 simple hot ham and cheese sandwiches . My husband finally went inside. While he was told they will be right up they still hadn’t made the sandwiches. After waiting in line he overheard the lady ask for them to be made. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, no thank you, nothing. Just a bag handed to us with an attitude. When we got there initially, there was only 1 car in front of us in the drive through and 3 cars in the parking lot.

The store was clean, and the service was fast. The cashier, Susan, was extremely attentive and nice. I tried the new chicken wraps for the first time. I tried both the honey mustard and ranch flavored wraps. They tasted ok. Thank you, Susan, for your great customer service. It made my visit a better one.

2/$5 Roast Beef does not look like what is advertised. Asked manager on duty why so little meat when the picture shows a huge amount. She shrugged her shoulders and said corporate told us to make them that way. The sign is our large one we sell. I told her that was false advertising and she once again shrugged her shoulders and said, I’d have to take it up with them. I sent pictures to corporate and the auto reply was, thanks for sharing we will address your concern. No one ever responded back about how rude the manager was nor why this little amount of roast beef was put on the sandwiches.

Horrible experience first off I was rushed by the person taking my order. I was waiting forever while guy at drive thru window texted on his phone. Then he forgot my drink and once I got home to drink my diet dr pepper it tasted horrible. Avoid this place at all cost
Update:Opened my burger ordered monster double burger well that was wrong too.
Will not be going here from now on. I would recommend the same for anyone else thinking of going here. 1 year later still horrible look at this sorry excuse for omelet biscuit I had many times and got double what I was given plus asked for sausage and cheese and got only sausage.

Lowered from 2 stars to 1 star. I don’t know what to say about this establishment except HELP!!! Too many issues to even list them all here. I did however enjoy (sarcasm) hearing the guy in the back (cooking) going into great detail by cursing while he described his personal issues about his child support and his baby mama drama, and watched him open up a pack of tenders sitting in a box under the warmer, touching them and looking at them and saying “Nah, they ain’t too old, you can serve them (to the person in the drive thru) Anyway, my review is just SOS!! SEND HELP HERE IMMEDIATELY! And before anyone says anything…. yes, I went back to give them a second chance from my previous 2 star review of that cremated Chicken Sandwich, (picture below) and I take the blame/fault in that, but I won’t be making that mistake again.
Beware of the “New” Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich… Filet doesn’t even cover the bread, extremely dry… wayyyy over cooked. Please change your grease… I got the sandwich, not the combo $4.26 (including tax) Not planning on returning anytime soon… and if I do, it certainly won’t be for their Chicken Sandwich, so disappointing.

Got disrespectful look form staff, food was cold. Manager was very nice though,went out of her way to make sure fries were fresh but employee herd we wanted fresh sandwiches an purposely made ours cold. Had to have them remade . This was at 2:20 , I feel employee needs to be reprimanded on his actions an needs to learn to be more respectful to customers. I wouldn’t have him working with me for sure.

This place always gives good service. I do like going here, even though the management doesn’t know how to appreciate there customers. Most of the time the bathroom stays clean. And the dining room is always clean. And like I said the managers don’t care, because I will not receive an answer

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received. The girl at the drive-thru heavyset white girl. Very rude. Got mad at me when I asked for extra napkins. Practically pushed the bag of food into my car when I went to grab for it. Handed me a cup of soda with soda all over and it’s part of the reason why I asked for the extra napkins.. The burger was very dry. French fries cold. Turned around after I realized.. went back they were closed.. guaranteeing you I won’t be going back.. more than likely will be informing their corporate or franchise office….
