UPDATE: Apparently the leadership is at war. We ordered food and milkshakes but were met THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE IN THE BUSINESS. We called CKE RESTAURANT HOLDINGS out of Franklin, Tennessee, who own our Hardee’s. Hopefully these continued issues that are RACIST, UGLY, and WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE will be handled. We refuse to let the decay of our town continue. Consistently hit or miss. Sometimes it tastes ok and sometimes it’s old and not hot. Ask for coffee cream & sugar? You may get 6 creams and no sugar. Need Ketchup? You may get 4 mustards. They never get quality or condiments right. God Bless’em

Absolutely pathetic. It’s like they are mad at me for being a customer…is it because I’m white? The employees could not be more rude and pathetic if they tried. They are not earning their $7.25/hour. Even the manager is rude and angry for no apparent reason. All I wanted to do was give them money…I didn’t even complain about anything.
