How is this place still in business…Last time I came through the drive thru and ordered a $5.99 bundle with the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches the bread on the sandwiches was chewy and they looked like they got put through a panini sandwich press. It was mid afternoon so i figured they just warmed the sandwich up…Came in today and ordered 3 $5.99 bag. 2 spicey chicken sandwiches for each meal I figured I’ll ask for them to be made fresh and nothing can go wrong because we’re eating in.. Boy was i wrong…We had to wait but when the food came out the quality was the same trash and I wouldn’t doubt if they even made it fresh, the bread was once again chewy ,the lettuce was soggy and the sandwiches look like they been pressed in a panini press again. Me and the wife tried maybe using some extra mayo packs.. After that failed we just ate the chicken patties and fries.. My daughter did not really want to eat her food.. A whole sandwich the other half of her other sandwiches went in the trash.. The food quality is trash and it’s caused by the employees and manager at this location lack of care. Look at the panini line on the sandwich in this picture. I’m pretty sure this is not corporate approved.

We ordered breakfast today on 2/21/2026 and we had to wait for our food to get done so we pulled around and we saw a gentleman with our food and gave it to someone else. We then had a woman come out and hand us someone else’s order. We told her that it wasn’t our order and we had to wait another 10 minutes for our food again. It would be best to go inside and order your food rather than go to the drive thru.

They are short staffed as most service industry is. This means longer wait times and frustrated staff that does show up. I have quit going through the drive through as I have had some cashiers that were in need of a free vacation in Hawaii or something. We all have bad days.
They have the best apple turnover at a fast food place in town- but be prepared to have them say they don’t have any. My reply is that’s fine I have 7 minutes to wait for them to cook, have someone drop 4 of them for me.

Food is was cold!! Fries and burger was not fresh, tasted like it had been made since they start serving lunch and this was 3:30 pm. When I place my order. Never again. Henderson , NC do better!!! #$10 down the drain.

This restaurant is a block from my house and that’s great because it’s definitely my favorite fast food establishment. The food is great, there is rarely a long wait, and customer service rocks! Thanks for me not having to cook my own breakfast lunch and dinner! 🙂

Staff was friendly and food was hot and fresh!!!! We very much enjoy visiting this hardees. The employees really make it all the better with their cheerful attitudes and hard work.

Absolutely pathetic. It’s like they are mad at me for being a customer…is it because I’m white? The employees could not be more rude and pathetic if they tried. They are not earning their $7.25/hour. Even the manager is rude and angry for no apparent reason. All I wanted to do was give them money…I didn’t even complain about anything.
The food is good, but only after you wait a half hour for it, and deal with stupid/angry employees. Not worth it. It doesn’t matter if you go through the drive through or inside, or what time of day it is…you can always expect bad service. The worst possible service. It’s like they train to scare customers away as quickly as possible…
In addition, the restaurant is in pretty poor condition. Run down and dirty. The sign is usually advertising a sale on Hickburgers or Heeseburgers. Where is the option to give them negative stars?
