They were very nice the inside is very very clean the bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant all my 40 years. They all deserve a raise they were very nice and knowledgeable. Very clean and the bathrooms smelled so good I give them 10 stars if I could

I went in to get my breakfast because i only like breaskfast food from hardees. It was rt at time to switch over to lunch and the drive through had to many people in it and i was scared i would not get to order my breakfast food by the time i got to the menu so i parked and went in. The little lady who waited on me was so polite and kind. As buisy as they were she still smiled and was polite and kind. She was a middle age lady i wish i could remember her name. My memory is not that good, but she was so sweet.

Drive thru ordering was easy. Cheerful lady at the window. Had to wait a bit for the food. It was made exactly as ordered, so the kids were happy.

between 10:30 and 11 today i went to this location and ordered some food which we waited at least 10 minutes for and paid $30 for only 2 combo. The burgers didn’t have cheese on them and the woman who i assume is the manager that was working the drive thru speaker was very rude and had an attitude i don’t remember any of their names but it was a younger tall slim white woman working the window who gave us our food and the manager on drive thru was a short black woman that was very heavy set and when the girl on window asked the black woman about our order that she got wrong she started talking about the way i wanted my order with a demeaning tone and attitude she also lied to us stating that we could not order our meal with a different size fry and drink, i only ordered my food the way i did bc of the menu changing the fries that is sold here but it’s fine i’ll go somewhere else but you should consider hiring people that don’t just look at the job as a paycheck so that others don’t choose to do the same. If you really like hardee’s i suggest going to one not in goldsboro

Acceptable customer service but not overly friendly. The bottom piece of bread on my roast beef sandwich was completely soggy. The pickup window counter doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since the store opened.

I’ll prob never visit this location again. Too many times I’ve had to drive back up there because they got my order wrong. They want $15+/hr but can’t manage to make a ham egg and cheese biscuit correctly… you’re lucky to get minimum wage…
