Okay so the crazy thing is I see a lot of bad reviews about this place. But I went here for the first time in probably over 20 years and it was great. I got the chicken sandwich and it was so good. Even the fries were good.

My wife and I were the only customers inside, and my hamburger was cold when it was brought to the table. My wife took it back for them fix it a make a fresh burger. We watched as they put it in the microwave. I told the young lady working there to go ahead a throw it away because I was not eating a microwaved burger. The burger was brought to the manager who was sitting in the dining room throughout the whole ordeal. He took the burger to the back and a few minutes later brought another burger or the same burger, not really sure. This burger was still not very warm and the cheese was cold. My wife’s food was not good either but was somewhat edible. Would not recommend eating at this location.

The food is fine, the employees are nice but oh my goodness is it slow! We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes after paying waiting for our food. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. They said that they were waiting on fries but fries don’t take 15 minutes to fry. The speed of service has always been on the slow side but it’s gotten so much worse recently.

I went in looking for a snack, not a whole meal. Ny was my cashier. She was wonderful! She was friendly and helpful. I ordered her suggestion (Taco Salad). It was fresh and delicious. The service was fast, even though it was lunch time.

The increase in price is ridiculous.The service was okay. The onion rings on the double rodeo burger were rock hard. It only had one and a half burger patties on it and only half a piece of bacon. It was cold. The fries were cold and way over salted. I wish I were exaggerating but this is an absolutely true review. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

They told me to pull forward in the drivethru to order from the window. I sat behind another car for 15 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window, they didn’t have a menu for me to look at to choose what I wanted. Common sense says if you tell someone to pull away from the order menu that maybe you should provide them with a menu at the window. Not hard, just common sense.

I’m only writing this for awareness. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and got the worst food poisoning of my life from eating at this location. I got a number 1 and after 2 bites I was immediately sick. I was hospitalized from 9:30pm until 11:00am this morning. Something was off last night about the food. Will never eat at any Carls Jr again. The abdominal pain I feel and the hospital could only do so much is the worse part. I hope the meat, mayo, lettuce, etc is being properly handled.

Second time that the food was unedible. This time it tasted like somebody took a whole salt shaker and just poured it on my burger. It was so salty that I don’t think it could have been and accident or unnoticed. I am seriously not very picky, but it was so salty that it was making me sick. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone has been busy for over an hour.

So today my husband and I decided to have lunch at the Fountain Carl’s Jr. We haven’t been in years. It was clean but the employees there were slow, swearing, and very unprofessional. If I could give them No stars I would! The restaurant was freezing it was like the A/C was on and in fact it was snowing outside. When we got our food our fries were were cold our hamburgers looked like someone stepped on it! We didn’t eat much. So Not worth the $22 price tag. I guess that’s why their parking lot is bare. Won’t be going there again!

Never going back. My husband ordered the new chicken sandwich with bacon and the bacon was missing. I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich and the patty was so small that it was basically a empty bun. The sandwhichs were a mess when we opened the box. We literally had to remake the sandwichs when we got home. UNACCEPTABLE.
