Employees were disgusting. The kept touch there faces and handling food. The guy that dropped my onion rings used his bare hands. My double burger was miss made and taken apart and remade. Only 1/2 slice of cheese(2) and 1/2 slice of bacon(2). Then he tried to argue with me when I didn’t get my fries and he said he didn’t ring it up when they were clearly on my receipt. Paid!.. I asked for extra sauce and he sighs at me for doing his job.. then he and a co worker laughed.
I never experienced such discuss at any fast food place ever.
Oh and it took twenty minutes to get my order done.

Last week the manager Jay suggested the Cali XL and it was so good I went back the next day for another.
The fries were PROPER both days as well.
Establishment was clean. Both days and the 2nd day the all-female staff were on point to.

The morning crew do a great job. Gravy was amazing. I always miss Hardee’s when I travel and at least I can get the same great gravy. The biscuits aren’t up to Hardee’s standards but they ain’t too far behind. Now, if only Carl’s Jr’s could do Hardee’s full breakfast menu, that would be wonderful. Maybe it’s a southeast thing but Hardee’s is so busy for breakfast that they have to serve it until 1pm. I would love to see a Carl’s Jr’s that busy in the morning instead of Chicfila and McDonald’s having the majority of sales.

Had breakfast. Ordered the Country breakfast burrito . It was great, hot & freshly made. I like Carl’s Jr thermostat cause I know that they cook everything fresh. Service was quick & friendly. The dining area was clean.

Okay so the crazy thing is I see a lot of bad reviews about this place. But I went here for the first time in probably over 20 years and it was great. I got the chicken sandwich and it was so good. Even the fries were good.
I’m not sure maybe the day I went there they had the right people working, but I know it was a great meal. You should definitely try it, especially if you don’t have a Carl’s jr. In the state you’re in. Which I don’t. That’s why I came to Colorado and was looking forward to it.

Store #7777 and its manager, Jacob, appear to have no issue with employees petting dogs at the drive-up window and then immediately handling food. There are clear health regulations regarding animal contact and food safety for a reason, yet when I politely questioned the practice, the staff defended it.
This raises serious concerns about sanitation and food handling at this location. I would strongly caution anyone planning to visit this store.

Learn to pick up the phone!!!! I tried to call 3 times to find out why my order wasn’t getting picked up and then eventually canceled but no one answered even though it was hours before closing. like how can can your job be!? I worked fast food, answering the phone isn’t that hard.

It’s not the greatest but it’s also not the worst. Ever since 2020 a lot of fast food places have just gone downhill but this is pretty on par with all the other restaurants that are fast food in the area. Some complaints with missing Foods or having to argue for a refund, but other than that it is what it is.

Horrible service the evening of October 3rd. A “ten minute wait” turned into a 25+ one for tenders that looked picked over. I had to go back for my fries. When we went in no one greeted us. The staff had a line but I didn’t see anyone doing anything. Don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
