Such an incredible atmosphere!! Every time we visit Denver this restaurant is a MUST!! Tacos are out of this world and the service is amazing! We love the mojitos and can’t get over how cute the whole vibe is in the restaurant. Max was our waiter and he made our experience even better!! Such great service! 10/10 from me!!

I had a great experience with BarTaco on a corporate catering order from the Lohi location. Jordan & Theresa helped me through the planning and ordering process which included updating our order for an increased group size about a week before the event. The food was delivered on time and the presentation was great. I appreciated all of the extra sides, serving utensils, and the branding on the taco boxes made a drop off order feel more elevated in terms of presentation.
The quantity of each box was very generous. Portions on the proteins and tortillas were great. And the chips and guac were also a big hit.
Will absolutely keep this team in mind for future catering needs. Thank you!

On one hand, this place is great. The tacos are very tasty and they come out of the kitchen quickly. It’s nice that you can order additional ones easily. The atmosphere is also good. But the tacos are small and it takes a lot to fill you up. Each taco is cheap but they add up if you want to be full.

This restaurant style is a little bit different but everything about it was amazing. Great atmosphere, amazingly delicious food, and our server Matt was super attentive and nice. I love the concept of having a card at the table to “put up” so the server knows you need something. Makes having intimate conversations easy and you don’t have to worry about being interrupted when you’re on the middle of a conversation. So many tequilas to choose from as well. If I lived in the area this would be a regular spot.

Came in for a late lunch and everything was incredible! The Ahi Tuna lettuce wrap was easily a 5/5—the ginger flavor was so fresh and perfectly balanced.
Another standout was the Cauliflower taco; the hummus underneath added a really yummy, creamy element I wasn’t expecting but loved. For the meat/seafood options, the Carne Asada was delicious and actually beat out the Crispy Shrimp for me this time (though both were good). Don’t skip the Brussels Sprouts either!
Great atmosphere, cool interior, and the Playa Pina margaritas were the perfect pairing. Definitely a new favorite spot in Denver.

Far from impressed. Had the pastor tacos. Not authentic for starters, shredded pork and definitely not on the trompo. Mushy and tasteless. Gave me the end of the lime with no juice. Hot sauce tastes like drinking apple cider vinegar. And portion sizes are tiny. The rest of my party got bowls and they were not an adequate amount of food for an adult. Bummed. Won’t be back.

Today I had the opportunity to eat at this great restaurant. I highly recommend it. Its flavors are unique. I highly recommend the pork belly taco, it was a favorite with everyone at the table. Do you like tacos? Then run, don’t walk to Bartaco. Not only was everything we had delicious but I also love their unique style of service. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed by Hayden and it only got better from there. Highly recommend checking this place out! There is something for everyone and the way the restaurant is split up, it feels like a different atmosphere in every area.
